in this review, I'm going to show and explain all the colors and sizes of the Rodiarama soft cover notebooks by Rhodia. I was really looking forward to this because the Rhodiarama hardcover (be it these ones or the webnotebooks) really is my favourite notebook at the moment. So these soft covers are very nice to put inside a leather notebooks. The colors are really fresh too.
Leuchtturm, Moleskine, they are not on par with these frankly. They can't compete. The quality in Rhodia notebooks is better. Simply! And they are often even cheaper, which is good!

Thank you for the video! So lovely!! I am just about done journaling in my Rhodia, and will be moving into a Tomoe River journal but this is making me want to try some of their soft covers. The paper quality really is amazing, and I think it is actually better than Tomoe River for fountain pens. I have been enjoying your videos, you are very thorough in your reviews. :)
To tell you the truth, I love the feel of Tomoe River paper but I would still choose Rhodia because of two things: first the intense showthrough and second the fact that it gets ugly with ballpoint pens. I still want to be able to choose between fountain pen, pencils, ballpoint pens. And thanks for the videos ;) (And I do confirm it performs better than the Tomoe River paper but the Tomoe is so thin it is fascinating).
You should get Elia note notebook, it was made of the famous Tomoe River Paper. Good book to me

Oh yes I do. Their overall quality for the price is the best and the paper especially is the smoothest. Nothing beats them frankly.
Thank you so much for the replies. Last question I promise. Do you have any recommendations for leather covers for these soft cover books? And do you use a leather cover? You mention using them for the soft covers in your video.
I've always been a B5 notebook size guy, and too bad they don't make these in B5 as I think A5 is the largest before going up to the very large A4 size. Thanks to you, I'm going to give these A5 size a try. Again, I appreciate the help.
Perhaps you might be able to help me again. You show the larger purple iris one near the end, in the B5 or 19x25cm (7.5x9.7 in.) is the size I'm looking for.
On Amazon, Rhodia's website, all over it says these Rhodiaramas are only in A5 as the largest size.
So, I'm not used to such a small notebook, but I take your opinions very seriously, and will probably try the A5 size out if I have to, but really want the larger size. I'm not sure why I can't find it anywhere online. Do you think Rhodia stopped making these sizes now? (B5 and A4) Thanks again for all your help!

If You mean how do you say "premier" in English, you say "premier" just as you do in French.
I know you shear the term "these ones" all over TH-cam, but try not to use it. It's highly ungrammatical, and borders on illiterate. The correct grammar is to just say "these", and omit the "ones". Unfortunately, most who are native English speakers are not very knowledgeable about grammar, but even the most illiterate should know better than to ever say or write "these ones".
