Since your medical test report is valid until October, there is no need to undergo a new medical test for the visa application. However, when you arrive in China and apply for a residence permit, you will need to undergo a medical test again at a Chinese hospital.
You don't need to attach medical reports. It's enough to attach the medical form (foreigner physical examination) which you already fill-up with the help of doctor and took the sign and seal from him/her.

Also if csc-typeB will cover visa renewal cost? I know it will provide health insurance but I'm not sure about the visa application, medical and other cost... Thank you
Taxi fee from airport to university is like 400 RMB. If free pickup service is provided from university then this amount will not be required. The one-year visa renewal fee is 400 RMB. You can pay the full study period visa once. Medical test fee is 450RMB. Although It depends on you but In total it would be convenient if you bring 2500 to 3000 RMB. Try to bring RMB instead of dollars when you come to China.
University received final decision about your application. So that, To get exact information contact with university. In this stage you have higher chance to get the scholarship. We also hope, you will get good news.

@@momijoy so do you have to take it to the embassy to get it verified? And can i get the visa at the same time? This sucks because i have to take a flight across the country to go to the embassy. I dont want to go back and forth. Also my application deadline is may 15th. My passport and visa will take longer and i cant apply first and submit documents later i dont think
@@daddyfatsack68 You don't need to verify this foreigner physical form from embassy. You need to complete this form by a physician or doctor with signature and seal. Please focus on other visa appointment documents.

I need to have a Foreigner Physical Examination Form to apply for a Chinese Scholarship. By the time I will be leaving for China, it will expire and I will another one. Is it really compulsory even for applying for a scholarship in China?

Check what are the facilities scholarships going to provide for the students. 2. It's compulsory during application. Because its in the document list. If you get admitted in chinese university, after coming China you need to do it again.
