Dr Greger has set a new standard for sharing information - back up what you say with science - what you think is nice but doesn't give anyone usable information.

Dr. Mason, try sodium butyrate to feed the endothelium of your colon. This should help resolve colotis. Also, a drop of pepermint oil in water will reduce peristalstis and increase retention time of material in the colon. This will alow fermentation of fiber to produce buytyrate.

Autumn Olive is an invasive non-native in Virginia and the rest of the US, just letting you know. By all means eat them, garlic mustard, dandelions, etc. They are all invasives, but they are nutritious.

That’s what I found too. Don’t plant them, there are plenty of fruit bearing native species to plant instead that the native birds and insects rely upon.

I think prevention could be not taking statins. And doing low-carb diet... The lower the better. But fortunately I'm not a doctor.

Nosso corpo precisa de carboidratos. Não os refinados. Mas, os complexos. Precisamos parar com o consumo de proteína animal.
