Turn the sliced tomatoes with skin side down. It’s easier to slice through the flesh first. 😊

We Asians can’t live without ramyeon. Putting this into spicy Shin n it tastes like heaven
im not asian but im native american and my grandma always made this in southern california. i love shin ramyun, and that sounds like a fantastic addition!!
Try cutting the tomatoes with a “bread knife” the done with the many spikes, it’s easier.
💛Grew up eating it without the lime but now I like it this way the best! ( we can't eat too much spice so we left it out and it still was great!)
Cut the tomatoes the other way (from the meat side) you’ll see a BIG DIFFERENCE in cutting it!

I think it is annoying because your knife is not sharp enough. Change your knife and you will see the difference .
