100 days return if you aren’t happy with it but the small print says the condition has to be the same as when you received it and in original packaging…does that mean keep for 100 days but don’t ever use it 🤔

This pillow looks the same as Noffa Pillows. Hoping the Groove is more firm. This is not Noffa, correct?
I too have the Derila, just got it. But this pillow with the larger side is not the same as the Derila so have to sleep on my side with the smaller side. Took 5 wks to get, came from Lithuania, 30 day guarantee only.
So, if I understand you correctly, the Groove pillow was too high for you for side sleeping, therefore, you have ordered a Derila which suit you better? Any other comparaison point we can know?
I Have the derila pillow it is a hard pillow to sleep on it's same as this pillow cause I'm a side sleeper

I have the same pillow, but the name is different, my pillow is from derila , i have felt a difference in my neck in the good way when sleeping with the ergonomic pillow

@@docksloan They are ALL Made In China, probably in the same factory. All resellers do is attach a name to the product and jack up the price to double or triple the price found on the Chinese website.

Soft when you touch or squeeze it but sturdy when you put ur head on it you won’t be feeling like your drowning on the pillow. I can tell why some hate it that they say it’s hard but it’s like a neck support so. Btw I’m typing this as I lay on mine for the 1st time😂

@@ndehm10 it’s great I mean, hardly experienced any neck problems unless i unintentionally gets back to bad position by somehow misplacing the pillow since I move alot while asleep if only I keep my neck on the groove the entire sleep would be best for me :D
The problem, the pillow emanates a horrific odor. Even after airing it out still stunk. Then I have to send the pillow back. Quite a nuisance.
Shadiest company. They claim to have a 100 day trail with money back guarantee. When I didn't like my pillow and tried to return it they literally did everything they could so I wouldn't return, including trying to convince me to give it away to a charity. When I persisted they tried to get me to ship it internationally on my own money, when the pillow came from Ohio. When I brought this up the guy finally gave me the US return address. I shipped it, had to pay for shipping myself, it was $22. I sent it on April 1st, it arrived on April 6th, it is now May and I still haven't gotten my money back. Worst 100 day trial ever.
So sorry to hear that! At the time of making this video, I hadn’t experienced anything like this. I still use this pillow today, but I think there are similar ones out there!
Update on this. It is now July and I still don't have my money for this.

this is a terrible pillow, it is SUPER HARD FOAM - and you better be sure about it before ordering because if you open it (even if you don't use it) the company will not allow you to return it. It's an expensive risk and the business integrity is non existent. Most online companies will offer a Satisfaction Guarantee, but these guys will keep your $$ even if you are not happy.

Also, after I posted this review they did contact me to say they would allow me to return the pillow. However, I have to cover the cost of the return TO LITHUANIA and also pay a restocking fee.... if that does t scream SCAM I don't know what does. Definitely learned a lesson here.
Thank you for taking the time to write an honest review! I thought the same myself while watching the publicity video. During the image display, the pillow didn't seem to be flexible or soft enough to provide a restful and neck painless sleep.

I have ordered it today and now I’m reading from folks here that they are having trouble when it comes to returning and also not being able to try it out for 100 days because they aren’t able to get a full refund after using it.
