Great video! Are there any scripts that you mention here that you actually have? There are quite a few of these lost sequel scripts that I would love to read but can only find the ones that were known and available to the public before the release of Taking Shape II. I did manage to find a copy of the 05 version ot Asylum if you're still looking for that!

Thank you for the offer! My friend actually found it for me a couple months after I released this video. The ones I have are the ones I extensively reviewed in this video (Returns, Asylum 13, The Origin, Retribution, and 3D). As well as Halloween 3000 and the treatment for H20. I have a couple more, but outside of the Asylum 05 one I can't remember which ones. I'll be sure to get back to you with the links! Love the name by the way.

I would give the green light to Halloween: The Missing Years, Halloween: Asylum (2013 version) and Halloween Returns. I’d also give Halloween: Retribution (2004) a shot. The 2005 version of Halloween: Asylum sounds like a fun sequel.

I think h20 was a basic status quo borefest pretty much I did love John tate though

Hartnett is a great actor. He did the best with what he was given. As I said, I think H20 gets a lot of notoriety because it killed Michael in a definitive way, as well as rose tinted glasses for a lot of people who grew up with it. But I agree, it's really nothing special, especially when Resurrection (despite its crappiness) makes it moot.

3:00 I hated that movie because there never should have been a cult because it makes Michael nothing more than a henchman so I would have prefer the original script to the return of Michael Myers.

You were comparing Halloween 9 with Halloween Resurrection which is Halloween 8

I think you misinterpreted what I meant. When I was talking about comparisons, I meant the movie that was made instead. Like Halloween 666: The Origin getting compared to Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers. Since there was no next sequel in the H20 timeline, there was nothing to compare it to in terms of what was made instead.
