Evening Grey. I really like the look of that multi tool. I love carrying and using multi tools, but find the needle nose plyers are not always practical. That saw, I would like to see if it does good for a quick cut out on drywall. Overall I like it....👍
Hey Eric, Always good to hear from ya 😁🤘 I watched several videos when I first got this one. The saw worked well on a 3" branch as well as a few other odds & ends, I think it would work well on drywall, but I'll have to do some testing myself before giving it my seal of approval 😆👍
Nice review. Definitely would be useful. Was raised on a black angus farm in the mountains of Virginia...learned at a young age, dont go out into the fields without a multi tool in your pocket. Yeah i was a bit tom boyish 😅😂
Love the center drive screwdriver. Gerber really nailed it with that design. It's more capable than the one I carry, but too big for my taste. I edc a Leatherman Crunch that weighs almost half that along with a Leatherman squirt p4 on my keychain.
Love the squirt, I picked one up for the wife, she didn't like the surge I gave her due to the size. I'm thinking of getting her a Micra it's lightweight and customizable.
@@GreyManPrepping Micra is good too. I have one made in 2001 that I picked up at an estate sale couple years ago. Looks new. The Olight Otacle P1 is worth checking out. It's still small but like 50% larger than a Squirt or Micra. I'm a multi tool nerd if you haven't noticed yet. 😂
some multitools havereplaceable wire cutting blades, maybe you can check into this one for that option. I'm currently carrying a Leatherman SuperTool 200that was a gift from a friend
I also carry a leatherman supertool 200. Great tool. Bought a surge, but it is too big, I picked up every chair I sat in. Gave it to my son. I've carried a leatherman tool since 1980.

The Leatherman Juice S2 is a very nice option. I have several Leathermans and have never had an issue with any of them. I'm currently carrying the OHT.

I carry allot of different brands I like certain brands for certain edc items this will be the first Gerber multitool I have been excited about I just ordered one .

Lordy, I gotta a new Gerber now! JTF-FA issued one to everyone on our team (with a belt holder) when I went to Laos on a mission to recover the remains of American Marine pilots who were shot down deep in the jungle during the Vietnam war. I wore it every day, and although it came in handy for a multitude of things, this upgraded version looks even more versatile and useful. NICE review!

It is a cool tool. To big for edc. It is great as a car tool. I use a juice s2.
