Really? It is believed to be out of this world, they even state it as their USP somewhere.
@@allaboutdubai I tried to change booking because I got sick. First 5 Days nobody ever picked up the phone there, then as Trip was only 3 days away and I was still sick they finally reacted on a E-Mail but phone still 0 reaction, they wanted a Hospitalization Registration paper and what not. Obviously didn't had because its not normal to go to Hospital when you have a Flu in my Country. So lost a Suite for 16k US$ worth.
At Four Seasons, same scenario would get me a free cancellation no matter what.
16k vacation and no insurance ?

Never would've thought that they are that unresponsive or unwilling even, I've been to Atlantis myself and the customer support is top tier, imo.
Sad to hear that and hope you can still resolve it. 16k is a lot of money..
