    Wow who knew rebuilds could be 10 times more satisfying listening to a rally stage happen in his backyard 😂

    I really love what he's doing with the car. I have a car with the same engine, it has crankshaft problems. but I live in Africa exactly in Lichinga Mozambique, and here there is a lack of accessories for this engine, so I am limited. but I really like your work. Too bad I can't do the same for lack of resources. I watch the videos whenever I can. hugs

    you know what, I prefer this background ambiance than the shitty techno music with some European girl saying something random about heartbreak.
    Nice engine and Nice video, man

    Nice build! Is building a 4AGTE worth the cost? I've got an 89 MR2 I'm debating on which direction I want to go.

    • @NickPahls
      @NickPahls  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Jay Dub yea but if I would do it again I would use a 7AGE. I built a 7AGTE for my AE86

      Jay Dub I have a J-Spec 4agze in my ‘85 AW11 that I would love to swap the supercharger for a turbo but the more I think about it I think the Honda K20/ K24 turbo is the better route if you want more than 300hp.

    • @jaydub4234
      @jaydub4234 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Mike-xn1bh True, I've also looked at this option. I can get a k20 cheap from a friend, needs rebuilt, but I would need everything else to go with it. Hux Racing dyi kit is a great idea. Just weighing cost differences.

      Are you the one to get with on a group buy for a harpers hatch? My search for one lead me to a Pahls Performance, liked the page, & with Mike's response to my comment I noticed your name lol!

    Looking at the head, it seems like you took out the rear plug and installed an an line, did you block off the rear connection or was there a different reason that is there?
    Is it something you would recommend to do to a turbo motor or is it not worth it?

    • @NickPahls
      @NickPahls  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      yea it flows better and you don't have to weld a bung onto the valve covers.

    This would have been so much better if you'd provided information on what components were being installed- such as piston type and coating, bore size, crank manufacturer, cams, shim under bucket lifters and so on. You didn't tell us any thing about the build.
