4AGE SMALLPORT Tear down and Rebuild - AE93 Corolla

I've been distracted from the AE82 project over the last couple months while doing some work on my daily - another corolla.
I've had my AE93 SX Seca corolla for almost a year and its burnt a lot of oil in that time. After acquiring a spare motor, I decided to tear it down and completely refresh it.
