Depends on age sleep anxiety etc but probably for some folks 50 miles a week is needed. Lots of varisbles ie sweat. Many folks dump 7 lb sweat over 8 miles. Really only 1/500 americans run 60 miles a week but it may be neede for bp controll. Eventually it can lower stress because it becomes what you do and that allows you to REJECT other stuff ie you focus on running eating sleeping. Then pressure falls. Salt intake and output with sweat have to be measured though. When you run 9 and are soaked bh mile r4 and you gave to dry shoes overnight by ac, you are mobilizung salt. I think you need to check bp regularly and properly and make adjustments in diet, mileage, sweat, sleep, stress reduction etc. But generally it might take 50 miles a week ie if you want to avoid dope As well age is a issue. It takes work when age 60 ie to have 120/60 bp
Very good and informative content. Thank you sir. Recently I am diagnosed with white coat syndrome. My doctor told me to hit the gym with full potential. But i am scared I might die doing workouts. Althoug I started gym in 2013 also done it continusly till 2018. Got a very good physique then discontinued it due to life. Now am scared lifting may kill me. this video helped a lot. Thank you.
This is really interesting to see. I’ve been looking at Aktiia wearable devices recently and wondered what it would be like to get regular cuff readings.
@JamesGrovedale I'm using Aktiaa and I definitely get some value from it, but even after 1 year of use I don't know if I trust it. For example it just never reports some of the higher readings I sometimes get with a traditional monitor.
Following a SCAD event during the lockdown, there wasn't and still isn't any option (with KP) for cardiac rehab. I want to workout, but i feel like im winging it with very little information to go on.
Brother I am 27 years old, one month ago I had chest pain, I went to doctor and the doctor gave me some tests, my blood pressure was 165/110, the report showed that my cholesterol has increased, I am taking cholesterol medicine and blood pressure medicine for one month. . Sleep is getting less due to its tension. I have been watching your video for some time. What can I do to control my blood pressure and cholesterol control and get sleep, brother, I want your suggestion. In order for the doctor to allow me to quit the medicine, it happened to me suddenly.
You can only control the controllables. A healthy lifestyle (no smoking, limit alcohol, 7-9 hours sleep, regular exercise, healthy eating, relaxed breathing or meditation etc) will all help.
I would suggest don't go that road, every day. As upon aging this increase of pressure every day, can on an unlucky day kill you. Do it once or twice a week.
You really did a Thorough Job on these test! Great Work! 💯💯💯
Thank you very much

That's a shame. Can you speak with your doctor to get access to cardiac rehab now?
