If even one person cracked, THIS would then provoke her to wear her famous emerald gown to a banquet, maybe thrown to celebrate the baby's birth. They didn't even write in a moment, where she could've commented on how her appearance has changed with age. If you think about the story in a real-life context, as we've been saying, it's all about which genes come through for each child. If Jacerys, Lucerys, and Joffrey had all favored Rhaenyra's looks [fair skin, platinum-blond hair, and lavender eyes], it would've been much harder for her enemies to make the accusation of illegitimacy. Given that Joffrey lives in this scenario there is also the possibility that the children actually are fathered by Laenor. Everyone chalk Lenore's inability off as him being gay (which could be), but you also have to consider that Jace was born within a year of Joffrey's death. So you could assume Laenor was still in mourning the lost of his lover which effect his ability to perform in the bedroom as well.

Nevermind the fact that they also have many of Harwin Strong's features like his nose, hair colour, hair texture, and eyes. They look more like Strongs than even Targaryens despite their mother's identity being obvious. They have zero Velaryon features. This, coupled with Rhaenyra and Harwin being as unsubtle as possible (Harwin was constantly around her and her children who look a lot like him) makes it really obvious. If only Jace looked like that then you could just shrug it off as genetics being weird, but that fact that all three boys look identical to Harwin? Allicent was 100% in the right for calling it out; "To have one child like that is a mistake, to have three is an insult". Rhaenyra was stupid af to think that she could just have three kids that look nothing like her and her husband and think no one would question it, and she screwed herself, her children, and even the Velyaron and Strong families over in the long run.

True! She did say something along the lines of "we should've left long ago" bc she realized keeping her bastards so publically viewable was making it more and more obvious who they were. So there's a chance she would've left a lot earlier, as early as Jace's birth if Alicent makes enough of a stink, or she could have never left. I'd imagine she'd have left earlier (Criston may have been an unhinged incel in the canon but he was still smart enough to plan ahead). Who knows if that would've affected things like the dragons her kids bonded with, if they would've been closer to Laena's/Laenor's family, etc. All potentially huge changes, imo
Why are we faking Laenor’s death in this timeline? Since Joffrey is still alive Laenor never starts to spiral so he should be involved in his ‘kids’ lives and doing his duty as Rhaenyra’s consort. There should be no reason to get rid of Laenor
There really was simple solution to Rhaenyra and Christian Coles problem. She could've asked her father to change the rules of the kingsgaurd so that they can marry. Cole could've been her husband and her sworn protector.
Not so simple. When Rhaenyra and Cole get together, the next morning Viserys punishes her by forcing her to marry Laenor in order to fix the relationship between Velaryons and the Crown.

Heres an idea "What if Rhaenyra actually told Viserys the truth". What would've happened if she was honest for once and told her father she slept with Cristian instead of letting the rumors about her and Daemon spread. I actually see this effecting not just Cristian, but Daemon, Otto and Alicent as well. Especially Otto and Daemon because it will make them both look shady in Viserys eyes and it actually could be the start of a new beginning for him and Rhaenyra.
