I’ve completely performed every step and still when I try to change my project tempo the sample changes and won’t get on tempo for nothing I was so excited about this vedio I listened to it all day I promise u and when I got to my machine I thought I would be great after listening to the vedio all all and I Stil didn’t complete my mission of time stretching in machine plus But I’ll keep trying and watching I have to get this right.
Hey thank you for commenting🙏🏾 When you convert any sample to and audio engine and change the tempo Maschine should automatically time stretch the sample. Try starting with that. Just drag and drop a sample into Maschine. Once you do that change it from Sampler to Audio and then select stretch under engine mode. You have to make sure you select stretch or it will not stretch to the tempo. I hope this helps. Let me know things go
Hey thank you for commenting!🙏🏾 The pitch shift in Maschine is pretty good and doesn’t distort as much as other programs. The sound will change if you change the tempo. I hope that makes sense
dang thats alot of steps, would make more sense to prepare all samples on a proper Daw.. and then export it *shrugs i made a simple custom action in Reaper to automate timestretching 16 samples on 16 tracks at a time... hated manually doing it LOL hey, heres a question for you.. regarding time stretching on either maschine or Cubase... if for example you have a 4bar single looped sample... how well does the Audio behave when playing the sample in realtime and changing the BPM's whilst it is looping?? do you get crackles or glitching? its a issue i found in Reaper... just yesterday... i put a help request on the Reaper reddit on how to smooth out the audio when adjusting the bpm's or tempo... its something that VirtualDJ has over Reaper... reaper glitches and crackles :( lol if i midi sync reaper and maschine in standalone ... and then adjust the tempo... the glitches arent so severe!! but still the odd crackle... i'd love to see a video of cubase being midi sync'd to maschine(maybe using link? if cubase has it?)... and a mix&mash of beats&vibes you have created!!
Hey thanks for commenting!!!🙏🏾🙏🏾 Your comments always makes me think lol😂 It’s pretty easy to time stretch in Maschine stand alone. It’s gets a little tough if you want to resample the sample the new sample at a different BPM. Time stretch all you got to do is convert it to an Audio engine, but once you do that you can use the Sampler engine unless you resample. Cubase is super easy to time stretch. It’s just a literally the click of a button. I even have the ability to time stretch the samples in the Browser while looking for the files and then when I drag and drop it into the time line it’s already synced to the temp of the project right from the media bay. The Audio stretching in both Maschine and Cubase I feel is pretty good and doesn’t cause any crackles even while tempo changing in real-time. Cubase has a tempo track that you can gradually increase the tempo of the entire project and you won’t even notices the change in audio quality. As far as the midi stuff your asking that’s something ima have to dive into and learn a little bit more about. Your like super advanced😁😁 I gotta get on your level with all that stuff 😂 lol! I love your comments!!
@@creativedwill youll enjoy the aspects of link within maschine.. it saves doing all the midi syncing send receive... just click on the link button and your sync'ed. the beauty of it is others around you can participate and feel the vibe of being a part of a jamming session... even if its just a loop based session.. as far as the advanced comment... nah bRo... im just fumbling around finding out what can be achieved with all these toys LOL anyway brother... hope to see a linked jam session on the horizon!! chuR!
Is anybody having trouble because when sampling maschine not picking up any signal coming from my phone like i can’t see the audio is being pick up by maschine even when i put in detect, external stereo, and which to on I still don’t see nothing
Hey thank you for commenting l!🙏🏾 Really quick when your in the sampling section scroll over until you get to the 3/3 page view and make sure Monitor is turned on. By default it’s set to turned off. Let me know if this works for you.
@@creativedwill no sir it’s not working, i even use the cables you had in the video and i switch them to another cable and switch phone to see if that’s the problem and no audio is coming out of maschine mk3. I did all the steps of turning on the monitor, having external Stereo, and having it on detect
@@Wizthehitmaker ok just out of curiosity what Audio interface are you using? If you are sampling on the MK3 you have to make sure it’s selected as your audio interface in the Maschine 2 software. If it’s not selected then you won’t be able to hear anything your sampling into the Maschine. Let me know if this helps
@@creativedwill everything shows up just you had in your video about sampling with my phone but no audio coming out you don’t even see it in maschine hardware

Would the sound change or distort if you change the pitch
