1 tablespoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
500g smart balance or margarine
8- 10 eggs
1 cup of milk

Delicious recipes but my mummy is a old baker and she said it’s the baking powder that makes the oil to foam so I reduced the baking powder and it worked.
