    I think all the haters on Giddy are going to be surprised. He was a starter on the #1 western conference team last year !

      Then got benched while OKC have just won this trade the Bulls gonna be garbage until the cheap owners put the team up for sale

    I don’t know why the media is saying Giddy can’t shoot. He has good form and can make it. Hes 21 and that just takes practice to hit it consistently. The only concern is defense and that just takes desire. The trade isn’t as bad as the media like J Hood makes it out to be.

    Giddy is an amazing passer/distributer. I have wanted him on The Bulls since the Lonzo Ball injury. No one wants to say goodbye to Caruso, but this is a great pick up for the Bulls.

    Everyone acting Bulls traded away Luka D

      Luka would get giddey and 7 picks. All ppl are saying is that Caruso should’ve gotten at least 1 first rounder

      @@SilenceisnotgoldenI felt the same way at first I was floored that no picks came with Josh.
      But a case can legitimately be made for why there wasn't any picks coming back for Chicago.
      If AC were that good then why didn't his impact make the Bulls better??
      Honestly AC was difficult to have on the floor for this team for basically the same reasons as Josh was for OKC.
      JG may not be as good of a shooter as AC,but AC doesn't shot much so it's a wash in practice.
      We got 3 years of service out of AC plus now we have a decent PG that can pass going forward and may turn into a very good player so in all honesty it's not that bad of a deal. Just didn't have any gravy on top.

      Exactly. Hes a very poor man’s Jrue Holiday at best on a championship caliber team. Giddy is only 21 and a 6’8” point guard that can be developed.

    i dont know if they could have gotten more at trade deadline. I don't see OKC trading Giddy at that time. Giddy's stock went down after the playoffs. It was still somewhat high at trade deadline, so I don't see why OKC would have let giddey go.

    Giddey can’t develop into a star player? Then how did he average better numbers across the board as a 20-year old than Tatum, Brown, and 99% of other NBA players at the same age? Did he average 17, 7, and 6 on 48% shooting in the development league or something? I just don’t get that.

    I think it was a good move but I agree they traded Caruso at the wrong time. Giddy will be a star in terms as better than average. At least the Bulls got something for him. Now they have to draft a shooter to go with Giddy whether SG, SF or Center. What happens with Patrick Williams? Obviously you can’t bring back DeRozan. How’s much are getting for LaVine? Vuc? Are you better off trading Coby White? A lot of uncertainty with Bulls. They need to scout on all levels and mesh talent together better. Where does Ayo Dosunmo, Julian Philips and Dalen Terry fit in this rebuild. Does one of them fill starting position? What’s the ultimate plan from here on out . . .

    People complaining about Giddey’s lack of shooting and struggles in the playoffs are like people complaining about their $20k Ferrari didn’t come with a clean title!😂 C’mon bruh! If Giddey could shoot and didn’t struggle in the playoffs, you think he’d be available much less be available for a 30-year old specialist on an expiring contract? He’d be more valuable than the Bulls entire roster PLUS their #11 pick!

  • @fixindan3592
    @fixindan3592 4 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

    You’re not going to get a perfect PG prospect for Caruso, even at the height of Caruso’s trade value. So if I have to pick weaknesses in a PG prospect that I’m acquiring, lack of shooting and bad defense are my picks because these are the only two shortcomings that CAN be fixed. I’d be more concerned if Giddey is too short, can’t handle the ball, and has no court vision because those things can’t be fixed.
