  • This is it, the final tool box of the tour. I'm sure this is what everyone has been waiting for. I'm quite happy with the Matco 6S that I recently purchased. Thanks for watching and sitting through all of the previous box tours.
    Please, no comments along the lines of "You should organize better" and "Get some foam organizers" etc. I know where things are and that's all that matters. It's a tool box full of tools I use to make money. It's not a show boat hangar queen.

    Yes the day has come, we are like many I am reading comments from below are happy to see what it takes to do your work. Box of band-aids must be to help out coworkers First off we are learning that you have to be prepared for any and everything. Holy molly look at those sockets GIANT ones. What a sweet box a GIANT again really like the red with black drawer handles personally, unique is the metal finished tool box frame. We are laughing because while watching the video we thought we should open the full video description and we really like you for just being you the comment about organized and hanger queen have us going off over here. We love the metric drawer and those ratchet drivers are currently favored. We do not know what a fab/roto broach tool kit does? (black case with round cutters in it. We learned that your career requires a large and we mean large investment just to make your living and we are guessing and thinking you are really into and good at your work, we are both happy to learn about you hopper1. Hey sorry comment is too long we just enjoy your sharing with us. Power in the drawer we like that provides us an idea to try.

      Thanks for watching. The Rotobroach kit is just a brand name for annular cutters.

    Hello Hopper1,
    I just finished watching your beautiful Matco toolbox inventory. You have a very big beautiful toolbox, top tool collection, & pretty well organized too. From my experience, Matco makes a very good toolbox. I know that I enjoyed mine. Thanks for sharing your toolbox inventory with us.

    The new box is really sharp looking. does your shop provide larger impact sockets ( 1 inch drive stuff ) didn't notice that much 1 inch drive in the top box.

    • @hopper1
      @hopper1  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, the shop has large stuff for us to use. I buy the commonly used sizes for my own collection. Wheel nut sizes, u-bolt nut sizes etc.

      The under box is a nice use of wasted space for sure.

    Now I know why mechanics charge (and rightfully so) so much. You must have invested over $50k in tools there.
    Great video btw.

    • @hopper1
      @hopper1  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      The shop owner sets the rates. But with the tools of my own I don't have to waste time waiting for a shared shop tool.

    Will it whistle though? Can it whistle? Nice tool box! sadly i dont have enough tools to warrant such a snazzy box

    • @hopper1
      @hopper1  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I haven't found out how to put it in whistle mode yet :) I put off getting a bigger box for a long, long time. I was waiting for an used box of that size to turn up but never found one. I got a really, really good deal on this one though. The tool guy just wanted it gone.

    Thanks for the tour of a proper working box I want to do one of my box and cart from over here in Scotland but my employer forbids cameras in the shop

    • @hopper1
      @hopper1  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      If the shop rule is no cameras in the shop there may be a loophole. Roll the tool box outside and then you're not actually IN the shop ;)

    Just subed today. That's a very nice tool box you have I don't see how someone couldn't like the color? Red is my favorite color and as far as I'm concerned what's not to like about it. Also so many other different colors go with it rather well. @ 16:15 Brake bleeder removal kit? What does that kit consists of I have never seen of those before. Bluepoint?

    • @hopper1
      @hopper1  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      The bleeder screw removal kit is from S.U.R.&R part number BB007. I haven't used it yet as most of what I deal with is air brakes. Google the company and you'll find their website easily enough.

      @@hopper1 A while back before I ever watched a tool box tour I always thought what the hell a tool box tour. Well most of them along with yours are very interesting to me. A good bit of what I have now is from watching these video's. It would be easier on my wallet if I stopped watching them.

      Going through each tool individually would have made for a painfully long video. If you have a question about a specific tool that you saw I'll be happy to give you more details.
