I think these are recipes to food prep for office workers’ lunches, not for cooking at the office. I think they are brilliant!

I cooked the chicken with salsa today using thighs instead of breasts, it was delicious. Next time I'll try a can of mild ro-tel tomatoes instead of salsa.

If someone cooked bacon in the microwave uncovered and made a huge mess of it, I'd put a zip tie around the trigger of a febreeze bottle and chuck it in their office.
I mean it's clearly meant to be made ahead of time and heated up later...

@@xcloex no actually he's 100% right. Anyone who eats strong smelling food in the office space is selfish and rude and will quickly become hated by coworkers. The office space is a stuffy confined environment with lots of computers cooking the room where people sit and work. Forcing your food on others by stinking out the office or cooking area with something like fish is totally unacceptable. Anyone who has common decency knows this. You want to eat strong smelling food? Go outside.

Dinner leftovers work well also, sandwiches, chips....I don't cook a separate lunch. Especially not the same thing. That chicken with salsa over rice looked really good but not all week.

IDK man, I think the only thing that freezes well for covering is plastic wrap and parchment paper. I froze stuff with aluminum foil and it just stuck. I'd be terrified to freeze food with a wet paper towel. I know it's wet, but it's still...((flashbacks))
Looks delicious, but last time I did something like this, I had one breakfast sandwich every day for like a week. They were that good! Now my health is down the tubes from eating like that all the time.
