- This is R.A.F Polebrook Northamptonshire.. it seem its another Project Emily, Thor nuclear missile site, but that's not why we
are here, we are here to look at some of the old administration building and defensive structures. peace love and light with a touch of Northants unity
The large building is the standby set house. It housed back up generators for the base. The pillbox at the end was actually the Battle Headquarters

There is a huge estate opposite the site belonging to Ashton hall. So much wildlife running around in the forest when we was on the footpath.. definitely a place for a rambler to explore and witness
Been here myself a few year ago. Sadly the bunker at the end of your video is a battle headquarters and doesn't have tunnels to the airfield etc. But there is a few rooms down there. Definitely worth a look if you can get through the water👍
Great video guys, some awesome finds, been watching a few of your videos, amazing whats on our door steps in Northamptonshire. Ye I did a bit of Drone footage and photos at Harrington today. Quick question , was there no access signs over that Rd leading onto Airfield past the memorial? Want to do some drone footage up there in few weeks. Cheers👍👍
@@wolfacer422 private road as somebodys home is near the airfield
US Air force base.The first ever raids by the Americans took off from here in B17's.The film star Clarke Gable flew a few missions from here as a waste gunner.

It's a truly remarkable place, I'd advise waiting til the land drys up a little and take your waders for the last pill box..
