I used to get sick when I ate traditional, non-organic yogurt. I thought I was allergic to dairy, but when I switched over to organic yogurt (using Aldi's non-sweetened brand) I noticed I didn't get sick to my stomach. I stopped using non-organic yogurt after that. I think the GMO corn/etc; does affect people in ways they don't even know yet.

People in the comments complaining that they can’t afford the stuff recommended like it’s Bobby’s fault. I’m with you, I buy junk because it’s cheaper and I’m broke but what do you expect him to make a video on? He shows you the healthiest options and tries to show affordable stuff but if there are no affordable healthy things available, than that’s not his fault. Should he just stop making content because it’s too expensive? He gives the nutritional info and you do with it what you will. It’s sad that our supermarkets are filled with junk with ingredients that are slowly killing us and it’s very hard to even find clean food in the store and when you do, the prices are twice or three times more expensive but that’s the world we live in

I don’t know if anyone will see this but just in case, I make my own sweet fruit blend to squeeze in to plain greek yogurts.
Put a bunch of strawberries and other sweet fruit into the blender. Add some vanilla, maple syrup/monk fruit sweetener/agave/allulose/stevia/nothing, blend it up and put in a squeeze bottle in the fridge. Then squeeze it in to sweeten your plain yogurt! It works really well!

Bobby I love your content on TH-cam and Instagram. I can’t wait to cook from your cook book. Say hi to Dessy from another Bulgarian :). I'm sure she can tell you that in Bulgaria you can have the best yogurt in the world. Here is my suggestion: If you want quality yogurt full of probiotics and no sugar, then make it yourself. I stopped buying yogurt 7 years ago and that was my best decision ever. I use a $20 yogurt maker and I purchase yogurt cultures online. You have to be careful when you buy yogurt cultures because some brands contain sugar too. I buy only organic and grass-fed milk to make my yogurt. It is very easy and much cheeper to do it yourself. I grew up eating homemade yogurt and I can't find a store brand that can compare to that taste.

Not sure if he really went into enough detail about non fat Greek yogurt. Plain non fat Greek yogurt is insanely high in protein, like Fage's nonfat plain Greek yogurt is 90 calories for 3/4th cup with I think 19 grams of protein. It is filling, don't underestimate that high amount of protein, and for people in the fitness life working out, cutting losing weight, etc... having a low calorie super high protein option like that is valuable.

I was hoping you’d go over the 2 main Greek Yogurts that most fitness people eat but you didn’t. The two brands are the Light & Fit Greek Yogurt and the Okios Triple Zero Greek Yogurt. I’ve been eating the Triple Zero one and it has stevia. Just wondering how those 2 are even though they aren’t organic yogurts. They are the most popular tho. I know you said high fat yogurt helps with staying full too but I don’t really eat yogurt to get full tbh.

You totally missed the really great YQ plain unsweetened yogurt with only 2 grams of carbs and 2 Good which only has 3 grams of carbs. Much better for keto than the ones you recommended lol. And for non-dairy yogurt it has to unsweetened, plain and not be made of cashews to be low carb. I just wish I could find low carb grass-fed and organic yogurt. But atlas, I have not seen that come into existence yet. The Fage 5% is the third best with only 9 grams of carbs per 8 oz.
And the only kefir I have found that has even a remotely acceptable carb count it kite hill amond kefir plain & unsweetened. Wish they would stop dousing these things with a bunch of sugar.
