You can also close the windows and sunroof by inserting the metal key part of the fob into the door lock and turning left once and then again and holding it. You can also open everything by unlocking and holding it the same way.
Honestly they should've designed it so that you hold "Lock" on key fob to close the windows instead of having to use the metal key. I mean, why can I only remotely open but not remotely close the windows?

The first tip actually scared my dad once😂 his crv window opened by itself and there was some guy standing next to it holding a phone, my dad saw it on the camera and thought someone was trying to steal the car😂
Happened few times and I thought car was malfunctioning. Now 11 years later I learned the “trick” 😮 Good Lord

@@Laron.G that im not sure, this is only a combination that you can use in the case of emergency, you should bring your car to the dealer and see if is a key fob malfunction

I had to take mine to Honda it was under warranty so they fixs it for free took like 30 min

,my 2018 accord's bluetooth stopped working. Turns out you have to get a software update in order for it to work again. Of course it is not covered.

First tip works for all 2016-2021 Honda Civics as well. Can’t verify if it works with the newer models.
It works on my 2012 odyssey which did it in my pocket at a store I worked at so don’t know how long it was open for

The emergency trunk release is the only one that would still work if you had a dead battery.

Accords just basicccc af even the Touring it’s just FWD (dogshit), only decent sound system is the only 12 speaker Bose on the Impala Taurus style model (23/24), cheap materials, uncomfortable seats, new one dash basically a Civic, EVERYONE got one, tiny sunroof, shitty AC seats, you’re just WAYYYYYY better off buying a slightly older luxury car for the same price or much cheaper and get better everything

They copied the window key shit from Toyota/Lexus, my 07 LS460 got the exact same shit with the sunroof and can be closed by holding the black button on the door handle

Only my 2004 Accord has the windows down feature, but I have to hold the unlock button on the 3rd press. How do you get your windows back up? I put my key in the door and on the 2nd lock twist, hold it and they go back up.
My 2012 does the windows but not my 2013

My main problem always have been this - I don’t have the first clue about cars and I would not know if I was buying a lemon. But I am thinking it is really time to do research and maybe buy a nice used car just like you said but from somebody who is trustworthy. Or maybe buy certified vehicle? What is your advice and how much did you save?
