And they have expanded their property portfolio by adding "the old church lot" and the "ARC"
As they continue to try to help the community of Otter Creek, Jeremy grows weary of the Town attempting to take money from him in ways he feels is illegal
He has begun to take a stand for the people against the inappropriate and illegal actions of the town employees & mayor
Jeremy & George realize that Town Hall can't handle the truth and they definitely aren't going to be happy that Jeremy & George are buying out a hotel

My guess is that it's because they are influencers and influencers have a bad reputation. Plus they are outsiders buying up local businesses. Which tends to rub people the wrong way. So, the way they are looking at it, some rich influencers from out of town just swooped in to buy everything up which tends to drive up the property value and prices so that the locals can't afford to buy anything. People in Montana hates people from California for the same reason.

Not by a Californian, BUT it's the way they think!! Another 4 plex was halfway burnt down and a church was set on fire all in ONE night! By the same psycho!! These guys from California???

That "warmer" you pointed to is a double stack oven. The warmer was behind you by stand up mixer. School cafeteria worker here I recognize a lot of that equipment.

Stainless steel is easy to take care of, and will last! The double Vulcan, stacking oven, is an awesome commercial appliance. I had one at Bluff Springs Campground, in NW Fla, and could cook easily for 125+, every meal!
I would jump on the commercial stove, as well.

That refrigerator couldn't have smelled any worse than the one in our filthy room at the Days Inn in Chiefland. I opened it for just a second and had to air out our room by opening the room door for about 20 minutes till the smell was gone. Some little kids came by to visit while we aired out the room.

Definitely get the stainless steel tables, they're extremely durable, and immensely useful. Don't get this counters, but do get the shelving.
I hope y'all buy the entire town and rename it "Hales going on" ranch. Then charge all the crooks ridiculous rent.

Jeremy and George you should get an old safe from an auction. Have the door carefully removed and replace with unbreakable plexiglass or any clear acrylic and hinges with a lock. A slit in the front for your dollar store. Once you give a customer their change the money from the sale goes in the safe. This will do 2 things……show how much raised so far making sure to put only 1 $Bills and they can see their funds going in for a good cause.
See if they have ice machine. You could use few.

The safe deposit boxes would be cool for something like half mil time to grill. If you have the keys you could put cash and other things you want to give away and have people reach into a bucket or hat and pull out a key to open one of them up and keep what is inside. Or use at your $1.00 sale put things of value inside and have people pay $1.00 to pick a key out of a hat or bucket.
Stainless steel tables are fantastic for making bread and biscuits. Next Half Mill To Grill sausage biscuits and gravy. Look at 7up biscuits (cheap and easy to make), only 4 ingredients. Sausage patties and gravy. Small fruit cups. Breakfast is done. Set it up and put a jar out for donations. Free if they need but many will donate more than you'd ever expect. 5 of us old women were known as the biscuit babes and raised enough to send a group of kids to Mississippi for a week to help build ramps, gardens, fences and update homes(painting, fixing roofs, updating bathrooms) for people that needed help. Y'all are amazing!
