Crazy turn signals and smoking steering column

Electronic gizmos run on magic smoke. Once the magic smoke escapes, they no longer work. This 2004 Pontiac Grand Am was letting smoke out of the steering column and the turn signal was shorting and staying on. It needed a new combination switch.
