That's what you call recycling destroying a perfectly good material or item to produce something virtually unusable/worthless Whilst introducing other toxins like xylene via the Sharpie marker and using an immense amount of power I.e. Creating giant carbon footprint to again produce a worthless nothing?

How bad do you treat your bottles that you think it must be a new one? Rinse the bottle, remove label, and just don't crush them before you set them aside for recycling.

Самое сложное до чего тут можно было додуматься это купить машинку для переработки пластика что бы его мог использовать 3д принтер. Все остальное по мере необходимости придумывается или берется идея из интернета
@@Mir-ianka а нахрена ему перерабатывать эту бутылку? Мог бы и дальше пить из неё воду. Если он ее нашёл и подобрал - хранить в ней техническую воду. Или сдать на переработку, чтобы сделали новую бутылку или что-то ещё функциональное

@@jitone1 you should just get a printer first anyways. You can buy eco-friendly plastics or bottle recycled plastics online and figure out a bit of how the machine works before investing in trying to recycle bottles into filament at the same time
Would love to know how to make the bottle stripping device and extruder to spool setup that makes the filament shape. Very cool.
From what i see, the bottle striper looks like the two main pieces of a can opener.

@@nomercy20896 i making a polyester staple fibre, around 2tons/h and we do exactly the same process in the factory, starting from little pieces of bottles. HE DOES NOT LIE.. he is a genius, respect for him

@@yzrippin recycling plastics means shredding them and melting them into new things you boron. The recycling industry is a scam, most plastics end up in landfills. This guy is actually recycling them

@@bmak7874 Penn & Tellers Bullshit did a good job of explaining why recycling is kinda bullshit. I think the episode is pretty old at this point though so I'm not sure how relevant all the information still is, but at the time it helped me understand more about recycling.

The jig that rolls and cuts the bottle into a strip, could you mount the marker there to add the pigment? Or are the stripes for the benefit of the viewer seeing the plastic advancing?
