Tinder! I got Ewa on the internet lol - We started dating, i took her on my bike a few times and she soon booked her own test... 4 weeks after passing her test she came to Switzerland with me on our First tour (She was suppose to be going on the back of mine!) We have been travelling and riding together ( And Eating!) ever since. As it goes today Ewa has had her license 2 years to the day
The wife walked in when watching your drone footage and pointed out straight away you pitched in the same spot we did when we camped there. When you started cooking breakfast, we had a hankering for a bacon sandwich. Bloody starving now because we don't have any bacon😢. Great shots of the scenery again.

@@ontheroadadventure Norway in summer months can be from +- 0 degrees celsius in the mountains to 30 degrees on a hot sunny day. Best tip is one layer of wool under your driving equipment and you'll be fine. Lots of twisties, but you got to have some time if you're going all the way up north.
@@ontheroadadventure If it gets close to 0 degrees it’s high in the mountains (not often that happens June-mid september), usually it is 10-20 at nighttime. So no worries 🙂
Made my Crunchy Nuts look a bit spartan this morning........agree about Devon/Cornwall scenery (and a lot of the uk actually) but the sad fact is that often the road conditions/traffic can make it an utter ball ache, nice vid tho 👍
Sounds like you need to get your grill and bike out and go find a spot for lunch to make up for it! Timming is everything in Devon and cornwall, once silly season starts in the holidays you cant move on the small roads for range rovers with caravans sadly
I gave up motorcycle camping many years ago in favour of motorcycle bed and breakfast but watching your trips makes me want to go looking for the tent Cheers Lanky biker
We like the freedom of it, just sling your kit on the bike and go, you dont need a plan or a booking. You also dont need to pay £100 a night and then pay or your food and drinks on top which matters more and more these days sadly. We can now afford to go out on our bikes more often using the camping method. Another advantage is our bikes our by our sides at night not left alone in a car park

Just catching up on missed video's as I was camping this weekend on the Quantocks and leading a Patreon ride for another channel. That breakfast looked great Rich. Honestly, you two have camp cooking sorted!

That is such a great local route and cresting the hill down into Lyme is a highlight on a sunny day......I rode to that area on Friday ending up at Pilsdon Pen trig point - the highest hill in Dorset. As you say, plenty to go at! Thanks for sharing your breakfast....👍

Cant believ how much fissil beach has land slid ..and how the bottom of tiwn has changed ..love that place . My parents moved up to sheffield mid 70's so my dad could join fire service.. and still up here now ..

@@ontheroadadventureIreland. Ferry to Holyhead. I just did a mini tour there a few weeks ago. Wales has some amazing roads through the national parks. Average speed cameras everywhere though. Don’t really have them here
We would love to come to Australia, we watch so many youtube videos of people riding there, those huge expanses of open land and dirt roads look like a adventure bikers playground.

@@ontheroadadventure I stay at a John Fowler site in Lelant near St Ives, I had a six birth lodge, my ageing broken body needs a bit of comfort now 😉 after a day on the bike it's nice to go and have a few beers in the clubhouse without the worry have having to ride again. 🍻

Love that coast at Lyme and the surrounds, what a great spot on a gorgeous day for a brunch :) That Fire Maple is an awesome bit of kit. I got one following your first video using it and no regrets. It's a little bulky for the bike (although possible) and was fantastic for breakfast and dinner cooking on our family camping trip a couple of weeks ago.

Yes We get it now... The key to all of this camping and coking malarkey is buying good kit, with poor kit you will have a rubbish time, but this doesnt mean it has to be the most expensive kit, but its a learning process of what works and doesnt. When the weather is good, we cannot wait to get outside and do this..
We checked it is ok to have a fire raised off of the ground, no problem at all and of course there was no marks left on the grass. Great time had by all, cheers

I use DJI Drone, Im pretty sure they are all very good once you learn how to use them and have good editing software. Make sure you learn the Regulations etc first and take out insurance on it, Mistakes are expensive lol

Hi David, I use DJI Drone, Im sure they are all good these days when you get to know how to use them. I always advise though to take out the insurance, mistakes can be expensive! Its a enjoyable thing to learn though, you can find all the rules and regs online depending on where you are flying
I would have thought you could use the griddle plate on the trangia but maybe the flame would be too far from the plate to be as effective? Can’t say we have tried it
We are big foodies, We love to try and find the very best version of anything and outdoor cooking is just a perfect excuse to get outside. Do the Spanish like to cook outside? in the uk if the sun comes out we all love to get outside with a beer and cook on a BBQ grill

Yeah wales has been hit in a huge way with the cameras over the last couple years, you should defo come over and do a tour of Devon and Dorset

We bring a lunchbox size cool bag we got from Tesco, put cold things in that and keep shut it’s good until morning 👍

Hi David, I use DJI Drone, Im sure they are all good these days when you get to know how to use them. I always advise though to take out the insurance, mistakes can be expensive! Its a enjoyable thing to learn though, you can find all the rules and regs online depending on where you are flying
I know you guys have a trangia, does the griddle plate for that by any chance?
I would have thought you could use the griddle plate on the trangia but maybe the flame would be too far from the plate to be as effective? Can’t say we have tried it
