Hello there, what setting do u recommend for the dpi, like on what level of the 5 that it has and it what number once the level is chosen, i got one and I’m struggling to get a good calibration, went i use it is like sliding on ice while trying to press icons or simply close a tab

YES, In alien FX software. The software can be used on NON-Alienware rigs too. I have it running on a Custom build.

Just got this mouse and the Alienware 410k keyboard and the Alienware command center isn't compatible with my iBuyPower PC. Could you help me with this? When it downloads it appears to attempt to download the correct version of Alienware fx command center. Then it defaults to a very generic download that only has the tabs... Library and fusion on it. Nothing to change my RGB.
The mouse will work with all computers but as far as the lighting you may need the Alienware FX software. I've heard you can download the Alienware FX software and install on other pcs. I personally have installed Alienware FX software on an ASUS mobo. It was allot of hoops to jump through but possible.

Need to download Alienware FX. Go to the dell sight and check around in there. its alittle hard to find but there.

None, the lights have all been working great. If defective I would return to Amazon.

Some apple and nintendo products dont come with a charging cable... just expecting you to have one from previous purchases.

How do you get the alienware software on a chromebook and etc.
I have on windows machines but not on chrome books. I googled and got one from the Dell site to work. Takes some playing around and searching.

Next time try to search for some information before making review. Some parts are fine, but some not. I came here and I know more about product than you are saying in review.
- MicroUSB - USB adapter is used to bring usb sensor closer to mouse. Kinda like extension. Cable can be plugged in computer and adaptor than placed somewhere closer to mouse on desk maybe to have uninterrupted wireless signal.
- First switch on the bottom of mouse is not on/off like you said, but it switches scrolling wheel function between 12 and 24 rows. Or this mouse has 2 on/off switches? 🤔
- When saying about clicking sound of buttons, we are not smashing it from as high as we can. We can't hear clear sound of switches.
I am not hating, take it as honest feedback. ✌️
Thanks for the feedback. Tech specs have been hit or miss as some people watch more for the experience of the unboxing and things you can't read on amazon. I do include Amazon link more detailed amazon tech specs.
And there is type 1 and type 2 position. And I have no idea what the difference is.
It changes the scroll wheel speed from 1 or 2 clicks.

It's normal USB so it should work. Now the coloring may not. Confirm you mouse only has 1 usb?
