@@CalebThornton well took me 2 months to figuare out how to plug it in in the frount the plug was not all the way in ...you can put it in upsidedown not notice its upside down wont go all the way in. i bet many people returned the mouse on amazon not knowing this issue .

Warning: 8 months later the scroll wheel jumping issue has started. Getting it replaced has been a PAIN. Good luck!

How long does the battery lasts? On dell's website it says 3,5 hours of battery life on the troubleshooting page. But on the selling page it says up to 350 hour without lighting or up to 116 hours with lighting

Hey man i was just wondering what mouse pad you're using? I really wanna get it, it looks so nice
what i want to know is, how good is the connectivity, i currently have a corsair wirless void pro, costs around the same as this mouse. it was hyped up and had lods of people loving it, but its never worked right for me , it frequently losses connectivity and just stops working altogether for ages, iv looked for salutions and found very little or none at all, and many other people have reported having the same issue, something i did not see when i was checking reviews out for it at the time. I love my 34 inch alienware monitor , so i hope this mouse will be the have the same reliability which so far the corsair mouse dose not!

You didn't mention the button on top of the mmb can quick adjust the mouse sensitivity, I actually came here to figure out what that button dose but during the video I was just playing with it and figured that out , super helpful for going back and forth from games to desktop where your desktop sensitivity may be way to high to aim properly in fps just press the button down to reduce and up to increase , the light even goes from blue to red to indicate what sensitivity lvl your at

Nice! Alienware definitely has a specific aesthetic going on, but they make all their peripherals and PC's to match well which is nice.

Usually if a mouse has RGB it will either have a software to use with it or have some sort of functionality on the mouse itself to switch up the colors. I am not sure if your referring to a specific mouse though.

Hmmm, It's hard for me to say cause I have not personally tested the G502 or the roccat kone. I have reviewed quite a few good options though in my gaming mice playlist though if you want to check that out. It's just going to depend on a lot of factors like size, price, what connectivity, and grip style.
Caleb Thornton these mouses have a same middle pricing (in gamer category) 80-120$. Razer Basilisks also a good alternative I think.
@@tothpeter9293 Yeah, I used the razer basilisk X for a while and I enjoyed it. It striked a good balance between ergonomic and gaming mouse being really comfortable to use.

I purchased this mouse and the scroll wheel stopped working properly in 2 years
What model of keyboard is shown in the video?

I purchased this mouse and in 2 years, 3 months and 24 days -- the left mouse button inadvertently likes to double click (when only single clicking) and/or not highlighting text when using the click and hold. (Suspect the copper contacts within the mouse are failing)
Dell's site says the mouse has a limited warranty of 2 years, so buyer beware.. in 2 years, you will probably be disappointed.
Maybe, instead, we should be congratulating the Dell engineers for designing a mouse that will fail, right when the warranty expires?

Alienware pc is a way to go if anyone don't care about how to build a PC themselves and money. Dell prebuilts are good.
Agreed I’ve been a customer since before and after dell purchase of Alienware. The prebuilt are top notch and awesome customer support they send somebody right to your house and basically will rebuild your computer at no cost although I haven’t needed the service since way back when I owned an XPS before they were turned into office rigs. I loved that laptop though the aluminum case was so stout I must have dropped it 100 times 😂

@@princetea9725 That's odd. It shouldn't matter whether its on or off, it should just charge. You might have to return or contact support. I would just get a different wireless mouse if you do return it though, there is a lot of better options on the market now also for a better price.

Someone else commented about it not charging when plugged in. It must be some sort of QC issue you might need to contact Alienware

Yeah, definitely not with where the market is at now.
After using this mouse for 2 years, I would say it is a mixed bag. It's not so ergonomic, it makes your grip centered. The Command center is terrible, unintuitive, bugged to hell, and robust software. For the price, the plastic material feels cheap, even worse than Razer. 6/10.
