The previous sessions are not as condensed and other speakers tend to digress and not answer to the point so I find myself not watching to the end, this round is an exception George shared a very relevant and real timeline in 1:02:32, which is a big difference from what alot of agents are telling in terms of flipping at the 3 years mark which can be so skewed. so kudos for bringing out the real life example.
