it's good to see 3 generations working to fix the skid-steer, it is rewarding to see young people getting involved and learning, the skills learnt this way carry young folk through life. hope to see plenty more videos from you, they really help pass the time in an interesting way!!
TIG weld the block with nickel filler. There's some great videos from Keith Fenner and a couple others about preheating and TIG welding up cast iron. IMO there shouldn't be any stress on that part of the block anyway
Hey do u know where I can get a electrical harness for that model , I'd like the entire thing , parts are pretty hard to come by where I'm from. There's no power at any of my solenoid valves . Is like to jus change the harness since if tried just about everything.
I would think caterpillar or a salvage yard would be about it but’ there is an ecm under the seat/foot well that does some controlling I’m pretty sure . I’d get a service manual with wiring diagrams and chase the wiring because I really doubt the harness just {going bad}. Good luck.
