    This looks mouthwatering-good. I always make a frosting of ganache and creamcheese but I ad the creamcheese in when the ganache has come to roomtemperature. And i dont whip it.. gonna try this out Some time. The taste Goes really well with red velvet and carrot cake

    Awesome! This is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to make a three layer white chocolate cheesecake with a dark chocolate crumb crust (1st layer) with a white chocolate/cream cheese layer (2nd layer) and a white chocolate pudding/pie mix on top (3rd layer). All I had to do is use more white chocolate to make it firmer, so this is perfect. Thank you!

      I was just thinking about adding more chocolate to make it firmer as my cake needs to travel for an hour before delivery. So can you please tell me how much more chocolate you added to stabilize it further? Thank you

    • @joycegallowayparker9652
      @joycegallowayparker9652 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@parvathyajai1903 Since I didn't write down the amount and since it's been a year since I made it, I honestly don't remember the amount. But after watching the video again just now, my guess is that I would have added about an extra 50% more chocolate. Even though the dessert was a huge hit, I had totally forgotten all about it! So I'm glad your question reminded me of it, because now I want to make it again.

      Yes but you will need to increase the chocolate content as it may be too soft with the current amount.

    Thank you for sharing, I'm so glad you use hand held beaters, not all of us have the space or can afford a big mixer. Can't wait to try this

    Looks incredible...but does it lose its consistency over time ?

    • @CupcakeSavvysKitchen
      @CupcakeSavvysKitchen  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is a medium set ganache not a hard set ganache. Important to use full fat cream cheese and keep the finished dessert/cake chilled. The consistency will remain.

    Can the cream cheese be substituted with peanut butter? Will consistency of the ganache filling change? Thank you

    • @CupcakeSavvysKitchen
      @CupcakeSavvysKitchen  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes you can substitute with Peanut Butter. Increase the White Chocolate by about 50% to make up for the softness of the Peanut Butter :-)
