This is the best buttercream for hot and humid weather. I use this for macaron filling and it stands beautifully in tropical condition.
100 gram chocolate Whipping cream 50 gram melt together
150 gram unsalted butter, whisk till fluffy
2 Eggs white 70 gram sugar

One more thing. I achieved a perfectly white frosting by employing a trick I found online somewhere. I dipped the end of a toothpick in deep blue food coloring gel and added it to the frosting. It tints it in such a way as to trick the the eye. The frosting looks essentially snow white. Just in case you want to use this tip for a wedding cake! Best wishes to you!

Taste wise, how was it ? Close to American butter cream ? Is it too sweet?
radwa awad taste wise still sweet, but less than American buttercream in my opinion. And very stable! I tested it by leaving at room temperature for 2 hours and the shape stayed. Room temperature in my country is around 30 degree celcius :)

I made this butter cream recipe tonight and it was fantastic. I was worried because I have always used powdered sugar as a stabilizer but with this you don't have to. I recommend refridgerating before making roses etc. It's a little soft when you first make it. Like a really good homemade whipped cream. The taste is wonderful.

@@HiyamAwartani It wasn't too sweet. Not at all. It was a perfect butter cream in terms of ease of preparation, taste and texture. You did an amazing job and we all loved it. It's my go to recipe when I need a white chocolate buttercream! Thank you! You should know, however, and I'm sorry to tell you this, that I have stolen the recipe. I'm sorry. I'm a terrible human being. :)

Made a double batch to decorate a 9 inch two layer cake. Looks and tastes really great. Really stable though it's a hot and humid day. Since I used a stand mixer, I mixed in the butter-cream-chocolate mixture little by little once egg whites had whipped to stiff peaks. Very fluffy and awesome.

@@danaattieh8290 I use it for the flowers and it is enough for one big cake. Try once and you will use it always 🤗
@@luisad2252 yes, I use gel colours always for the rose leaves and leave the flowers in this delicate pastel yellow.

That is correct. It is not too sweet compare to American butter cream.

Organic eggs means the hen has been fed natural food and not injected/fed
with hormones. It will still have the same bacteria as non organic eggs.

It depends on which butter cream recipe. There are all sorts of butter cream recipe out there. Some using just butter and icing sugar.
I agree Swiss buttercream tastes like eating a stick of butter. I love the texture but I struggle with the taste. I think this is much like Swiss, but due to the chocolate there should be a good taste. Why I'm excited to try it.
Use flavoring.
buttercream off course taste like butter.
Adding flavoring extract like vanilla extract, almond, or any others will turn down the buttery taste.
