So to tell you what i did, when I made this frosting I actually used it for a 4 layered cake (9 inch / 23cm). It was my White Chocolate and Orange Cake for my mother's birthday. She loved it 😊 Though not sure if it's thick or stable enough because it doesn't have any butter or whipped cream. So I don't know how it would go with a TIERED cake... For my cake it worked well, it wasn't too soft and worked perfectly with the style i went for. I guess you can try and see for yourself. Learning from experience I think is one of the best ways to learn. ❤
This frosting doesn't harden, it will stay in the same consistency until used. I haven't esperimented with a large amount of time, only left it for 2 days and was still same.
