My 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with a 4 inch lift 33 x12.5 and just spent $2700 on my suspension so it drives as it did before lifted,0 Death Wobble,0 Shaking Of Steering Wheel,I always want to be safe And Keep Others Safe,Great Video,Thanks For Sharing. Get The Front Swaybar, You Will Love It
I Run JKS disconnects in the rear, i took a set of fronts and made them longer and used all the front hardware. I used a piece of 2x2 angle to make a new upper mount.
I did a rear axle swap on mine ford 8.8 with track lock 4:56 gears . Used the sway bar that came with the 8.8 which was beefier than the stock WJ sway bar . No body roll . 👌🏾
OMG Najar. No sway bars. That's crazy. You're going to feel so much more confident cornering, and safer. Funny thing, I too installed an ADDCO 1" sway bar, that I painted red. If you do figure out a quick disconnect, I'm interested. Thanks for the video.
John, im hoping not, but it might be time to do something with the Varilok in my '04 WJ rear axle. The jeep doesn't do much, if any off-road, if it does, nothing extreme. I'm ok with the idea of replacing the Dana 44hd with a Dana 35(i know i can use a ford 8.8, but on a budget, i dont want to fab a bunch when a '35 will bolt in place, like i said, mostly blacktop use). What limited slip is in the Dana 35, and what kind of difference would it make with the rest of the quadra trac II(transfer case and front axle)? Ideally, I'd like to do a SelecTrac swap, cause i wouldn't mind being able to put it in 2wd for daily driving all summer. And of course you're thinking the Borla exhaust will sound good after working on the CrackHawk....😂
With that sway bar, Can use straights sway bar links? I mean, i have the stock sway bar with straight longer sway bar links but didnt fit straight, makes an angle. Or i have to relocate the upper bracket?
The WJ frame is too flimsy to hold that beefier Adco sway bar, and over time that bar will rip a gaping hole in the chassis at the point where it bolts to the chassis. Also, the difference that sturdier-than-stock sway bar makes in everyday driving is negligible. I strongly recommend that you revert back to the stock sway bar because the Adco bar is worthless in every sense.
Not to mention when I had mine I found the bushings less available to get and not as good as the on the shelf available stock ones... Definitely not a good mod, a much better mod is getting quality bar and proper sized links for the front (adjustable quick disconnect ones suck).
@NajarOffroad I've had my Addco rear sway bar on for probably 2+ years and it's been worth EVERY penny. It drives massively better and I've had no issues yet. 3" IRO lift and was running a stock sway bar before the Addco. Even with all the IRO adjustable control arms and A-Arm the rear always felt a loose. The Addco sway bar makes it feel fantastic and even more stable that factory.

I used captured polypropylene bushings. Non captured slides right out, clang clang.

I removed my muffler. Straight pipe sounds
Good too. To each their own. Great video.
My friend Chris straight piped his the whole thing😂 it sounds like a monster truck💪

Before I put the heavy duty swaybars in my 4" lifted WJ, I could change lains in a heartbeat.
Now I can take offramps at 70
Yeah man, rear sway bar is key!
Haha I can’t believe I’ve been driving without one for so long😂
Exhaust will sound good bro. I have a flow master super 44 on my jeep and it sounds so good
Yea I just hope it isn’t to loud 😂 we will see 👌
I put jk swaybar quick disconnects on the rear of my wj so I can disconnect on the trails
Oh nice they fit?

Any tips to quiet down noisy 4.0 lifter. Halp. Stock engine 140k starting to tap and yes I run rotella
I just let mine tick😂 usually only on start up then it gets quiet
Yeah bro, that mic is a crazy improvement! What mic is that out of curiosity?
Hi Najar, I think you have or had the long arm Iron Rock lift. Question...were you happy with it?
I have one now and I'm not sure I like it. 😂

My favorite jeep and favorite color for a WJ
Thanks Mike!
Where did you get the swaybar from

Yea I’ve read about that! The frame is flimsy but honestly I’m still going to run it! I’ll definitely be taking it off for off-road though
