    It's so simple that it can be easily overlooked - Is this similar to when children are admonished to, "Stop Daydreaming". Could it be that they are naturally extending the gaps between thoughts?

    I still can't understand the life and death thing ive tried to be comfortable with it , but I just want to be with my family and don't see the point in just everything disappearing in life it just has never made me feel right even as a child 💔

    I get your advice, my only "tweak" to it might be to interject another phrase besides "don't find your thoughts so important"....most times I KNOW the thought isn't important ; I'll be meditating and the mind is saying, "you Need to look up on TH-cam right now why a squirrel might have a thin tail!"or something else that could wait til I get done meditating....the other "issue" is that I KNOW that "I am not my thoughts"--- since they come seemingly out of nowhere, they don't really seem to be "me", whereas the body is always "Here", so I tend to completely identify with that

    As I watch your videos, my thoughts literally go you are just being like another way to get out but you won't reach and I see it and find it funny like whatwhere did this come from it is like my thoughts used to say you will ruin the moment and then comfort me with all the possibilities I can't possibly do that I mean what?     I'm new to ur channel but have been knowing the sufferer of this for a while but wen I shift I notice don't last long wen will it go away completely or will it it would be wonderful to fully go away n I even realize rite now its the same monkey on my back I'm going to dedicate an hour n half to 3 hours Daily n I do complete understand it emoji already got to my presence n mind first!!
