- With the correct arm omnipods we can turn the Black Hawk Inner Sphere Omnimech into a veritable ballistics machine. Twin AC2s on a heavy mech sound a little bit weak, but if you throw in over 70% cooldown reduction from our quirks and skill tree it suddenly becomes quite a different beast. Enjoy!

MechWarrior Online is a free-to-play vehicular combat video game, officially launched during September 2013 by Piranha Games for Microsoft Windows. The game takes place within the larger #BattleTech universe. In MechWarrior: Online, players takes the role of a ""MechWarrior"" who pilots large bipedal combat vehicles known as BattleMechs (Mech for short). Players can customize their BattleMech with an array of weapons and equipment, and engage in 12 versus 12 battles, the outcome of which earns the players experience and c-bills for future BattleMech purchases and customization. There are currently seven game modes that involve protecting and attacking a single base (Assault), capturing and holding several points (Conquest), take and hold the center of the map (Domination), attacking a space defense system (Siege/Counter-Attack), protecting and attacking field bases with turrets and walls spread across the map (Incursion), and team death-match (Skirmish).

Yeah, I tried this loadout a couple of days ago and was astounded at the rate of fire on the AC 2s. Again, this mech favors a skilled player and with this build your excellent aim and positioning plays to the strengths of the chassis and quirks.

Hot Shots 2 memes intensify
There's a standard Nova that has the cRAC2 as well. However it can only hold one, as the 60% cooldown is on the set of 8. Single missile point in the other arm, I just slapped an srm 2 for missile daka too (also has massive cooldown quirks) for when they get close.
That mech is probably better with an lbx20 and srm6, but the clan RAC is just hillarious.

For some reason, the BH side torsos have been really tanky when I'm shooting at them. I'd say it's my aim, but not when they stand still and let me put multiple alphas into it.
Did you enjoy the sniping build more than the mid-range UAC5/AC5 build options? Ammo can be an issue with the UAC5s but god the dakka feels good.
UAC5 is my favorite of the dakka builds so far

Yeah...I was wondering how long until he ran this mech with AC2's...I tried the AC5's and they were very nice...then I went AC2's and havent looked back.

the firepower of this mech can be intimidating but most of the time I see one I just call a side torso and it gets focused and killed immediately
also they always seem to have weak legs
it's like a quasi-medium or light
To be fair, it has insane weight issues, so you always have to strip head and legs in order to fit ammo into most builds. It really is a glass cannon flanker or a ranged harasser, with a skilled pilot it goes far, but the average joe will struggle to break 500 with it.

Why would you bother when you have that kind of ROF with standard ACs?
Yeah, but you'll basically need a macro to really make it work well and even with the -jam chance, they WILL jam considering how many shots you pop out.

I couldn’t click the button fast enough for ultras. I ran this with LBX2s and boy you start to get some crits deep into a match. Tried lights with a larger targeting computer or a couple of lasers too. But I like this one the best.
Ultra 2s jam within 0.5 seconds. It can be extremely high dps for 2 seconds, but the insta jams make them very unreliable. You need a macro or you will give yourself RSI.
The it's not a RAC RAC build.
