    Thumb up for Marina as alway! I love that you do some videos very strog and powerful and at the same time you do others simpler and easier where you can listen your body , slow down. The result it's the same: happiness, endorphins that move around the body and a great feeling of energy!

    Day 24 of Yoga challenge. Great sequence as always! Today my roommate practiced yoga for the first time! She woke up with me at 6 am, even she had the day off work! +1 to the yoga lovers list! Thank you! 😉

    I absolutely loved that this practice was a bit easier which for me ment I could really focus on my body and how it feels, instead of struggling through. So big thumbs up for this one again 👍❤️

    Great practice as always! Short but great core work! You always find a way to make it creative. There is always some new and interesting movement!

    Week 4 day 3 (only a few days and the challenge is already over ... gasp gasp :-)) This routine is great for your abs but also for the legs. It doesn't always have to be very difficult or sophisticated to get great results. I think these are great excersises to do before or after your practice or if you want some quick energy! Wonderful routine!

    It's been about 120 days since Ive had a Core work out! I appreciate this not being overly stressful as I was anxious! Guys! this is a feel-good CORE BURN! quick but definitely will make you sweat! :D

    I’ve been completing the other core videos you created. I thought I’d give this a go as I was interested to see what difference there was. I really enjoyed this. Actually made me slow down and work mindfully in to each pose. My core feels fired up 💪 thanks for such a great video! Currently completing one of your core videos every day for 31 days to see how strong I can get my core. Doing super well atm. Already seeing progress when repeating the videos. Definitely getting stronger. Currently on day 10 whoop! Have an awesome day! 🥰

    day 3: I really enjoy the side bends/stretches incorporated into this practice! awesome! also, those knee tucks at the end are more challenging than I thought they would be! Love them!
