I absolutely loved that this practice was a bit easier which for me ment I could really focus on my body and how it feels, instead of struggling through. So big thumbs up for this one again 👍❤️
Great practice as always! Short but great core work! You always find a way to make it creative. There is always some new and interesting movement! Just keep it up! I can see my abs coming after all of the core work we did this month☺️ Thank you for all of your effort🙏🏻
Week 4 day 3 (only a few days and the challenge is already over ... gasp gasp :-)) This routine is great for your abs but also for the legs. It doesn't always have to be very difficult or sophisticated to get great results. I think these are great excersises to do before or after your practice or if you want some quick energy! Wonderful routine!
