    THE best bedtime yoga I’ve done in a long time perhaps ever! I’ve done many over three years & the transitioning, the amount of time spent in each pose and your guidance is very perfect ♥️ thank you!!!

    Waaao this was amazing I was literally following sleep in the mat at the end of class so relaxing it’s been some hard days and this is helping me to heal thanks. 🙏🏽

    This was an excellent yoga practice for winding down at night. It was equally relaxing and refreshing, and the poses included really helped release the tension that accumulates throughout the day, especially a day of sitting at a desk or driving. I think it was accessible for all levels and it was totally doable without any props. The fact that it stayed low to the ground helped me feel grounded and supported, and I really needed to hear that reminder at the end about staying present

    Just completed this bed time yoga practice. It was very relaxing and mellow. My muscles and joints feel great after completing this yoga class - and it always helps me prepare for a peaceful night's rest.

    Just found you after waking up in the middle of night with anxiety, this really helped to relax both mind and body. Very enjoyable, you have a lovely soft voice also, which I feel is so important. Easy slow motion. Looking forward to discovering more of your sessions. Thank you.

    This feels so good!
    I want to incorporate some bodyweight workouts, not that heavy just to gain different strength. Does anyone know if there is a "better" moment to do that? Like before yoga but how much before? I was thinking about those as just one more thing that strengthens the body for meditation.
