Not that all people are bad or anything, I just strongly prefer to be alone. Alone forever sounds good to me! But I do have 3 friends that I like being around. And a family I have to live with because I am 16, they are mostly ok. Lol this got longer than I thought it would, I am a descriptive person. :)

I’d just like to point out that asexual is having no sexual attraction but we can still be straight, gay, lesbian, bi, pan, etc. Aromantic is having no romantic attraction

Some aces are completely sex repulsed to the point of being uncomfortable watching sex scenes on TV. Other aces have fetishes unrelated to attraction and even have libidos, which is pretty much the equivalent of being hungry but seeing nothing appetizing in the fridge. :/
I'm a Heteromantic Ace and I get labido. I take care of it myself and the idea of anyone helping me is lowkey upsetting. I can usually go like a month without doing anything and I guess that's a long time to allos.
My frickin' sociology teacher said to my face that I was lying about never experiencing sexual attraction, that all humans experience sexual attraction, and that asexuals aren't real. I told him "Guess I ain't real and therefore don't need to be in your class then." and got up and walked out. He was a college professor for sociology and psychology. He should have known better. I wasn't gonna deal with that kind of discrimination from him. A lot of people are also still convinced that I'm dating my best friend, WHO IS ALSO ACE ARO. The straights in my high school picked on me for being ace aro and the guys would constantly ask how I knew I didn't want to have sex if I never tried, and the LGBTQ+ community kept trying to convince me that I was a closeted lesbian or something. Either way, I didn't feel liked or accepted by either group. Heck, I was flat out called a nun on multiple occasions. I'm glad that my mom finally got the point. She herself told me that good food is better than sex and that I ain't missing out on much. My best friend's dad is convinced that asexual=plant and that we are secretly having sex.
Damn, stories like this make me glad that when I told my mom 20 years ago "I don't really want to get married or have kids, I'll just be a cool uncle to my siblings kids." She was like, OK. Even if she secretly believed that "eventually he'll find the right girl", I never felt any pressure to be allo.

I'm just confused and been searching for what I am and am discovering now that I'm probably ace romantic. I've been in denial for about 7 years. I relate to all of them except about being alone. And another year on top of that to accept I’m Aro as well (I used to label myself as demiromantic). @@the_aberration7398 He jokes around like that, we are teenagers and he is was our tutor.He is an art teacher so he is very wellspoken and outgoing. We always had deep convos and he always tried to look out for us. Overall a great teacher and is one of the only tutors I've had that was willing to stand up againts other teachers for misstreatments, and unfair and too many homeworks. I get why you thought that was unprofessional tho, if he didnt have such a close impact and thought of us as his responsability and to most of us a father-like person, then I would of think it was weird too. On another note, he started joking about it because a couple of students in my class where going to italy for a student exchange org. (including me) so my teacher was like, "YouR goIng to geT aN iTALIAn BoYfRieND" it was more as a tease rather than asking people about their private relationships. In my opinion if u have a strong bond with a teacher then you can ask them about other stuff too, just dont share super personal details. Just come to them if you feel like you need help. That has helped a tonf of people I know, especially if their parental figure wherent super present in their life. So its good to have someone to give you adivce from an adult perspective. sorry if this came off as defensive lol.

Tis quite easy with us folks, lol. You don't hafta do anything special, just find out their boundaries and respect them. And if ya want something they see as off bounds, don't pressure, just walk away. Generally just dealing with anyone in a relationship kinda stuff.
Asexual (Ace for short) = No sexual attraction. Aromantic (Aro for short) = No romantic attraction. Agender = No gender, person in question is genderless and usually, but not always, uses they/them pronouns. (Kinda like legendary/mythical pokemon i guess, idk if that's the best example but that's what first comes to mind when i think of an agender person.) Just putting that there since you seem to be a little confused, understandably. Of course your crush can still be Aro/Ace but if you're not sure you should probably just ask, that's usually the best option it seems.

I'm a Heteromantic Ace and I get labido. I take care of it myself and the idea of anyone helping me is lowkey upsetting. I can usually go like a month without doing anything and I guess that's a long time to allos.
My frickin' sociology teacher said to my face that I was lying about never experiencing sexual attraction, that all humans experience sexual attraction, and that asexuals aren't real. I told him "Guess I ain't real and therefore don't need to be in your class then." and got up and walked out. He was a college professor for sociology and psychology. He should have known better. I wasn't gonna deal with that kind of discrimination from him. A lot of people are also still convinced that I'm dating my best friend, WHO IS ALSO ACE ARO. The straights in my high school picked on me for being ace aro and the guys would constantly ask how I knew I didn't want to have sex if I never tried, and the LGBTQ+ community kept trying to convince me that I was a closeted lesbian or something. Either way, I didn't feel liked or accepted by either group. Heck, I was flat out called a nun on multiple occasions. I'm glad that my mom finally got the point. She herself told me that good food is better than sex and that I ain't missing out on much. My best friend's dad is convinced that asexual=plant and that we are secretly having sex.

We always had deep convos and he always tried to look out for us. Overall a great teacher and is one of the only tutors I've had that was willing to stand up againts other teachers for misstreatments, and unfair and too many homeworks.
I get why you thought that was unprofessional tho, if he didnt have such a close impact and thought of us as his responsability and to most of us a father-like person, then I would of think it was weird too.
On another note, he started joking about it because a couple of students in my class where going to italy for a student exchange org. (including me) so my teacher was like, "YouR goIng to geT aN iTALIAn BoYfRieND" it was more as a tease rather than asking people about their private relationships.
In my opinion if u have a strong bond with a teacher then you can ask them about other stuff too, just dont share super personal details. Just come to them if you feel like you need help. That has helped a tonf of people I know, especially if their parental figure wherent super present in their life. So its good to have someone to give you adivce from an adult perspective.

...Are they both agender and asexual or just agender? Because those are two completely different things.
Asexual (Ace for short) = No sexual attraction.
Aromantic (Aro for short) = No romantic attraction.
Agender = No gender, person in question is genderless and usually, but not always, uses they/them pronouns. (Kinda like legendary/mythical pokemon i guess, idk if that's the best example but that's what first comes to mind when i think of an agender person.)
Just putting that there since you seem to be a little confused, understandably. Of course your crush can still be Aro/Ace but if you're not sure you should probably just ask, that's usually the best option it seems.
To me at least, being ace is a lot like being pan: everyone IS so huggable and I have no preference as to what your genitalia is.

And he thinks I like my best friend, because he's a boy, and even though my dad makes a deal out of not acting hetero normative, he thinks I'm straight. And since I'm a teen I must have a crush on someone.
Best part is, if you deny being in love, somehow that makes people more sure that you are........
