Since the brass beast basically lets you play as a sentry, you should play a game of engineer where you try to win as the dispenser. The rules are that you can't build a sentry and that your dispenser must constantly be on the front lines.
If you don't have any medics or want to go solo heavy I really suggest Dalokohs bar 50 extra health with 20% damage reduction effective health of 420 and huge damage output. It's so good

A good sniper can hit the headshot, but a great sniper knows when to go for the bodyshot
