Love how the concept of the steak sandvich is essentially just "rip and tear", which fits Heavy perfectly. But somehow the TF2 team thought taking away your primary weapon wasn't enough and you should just die the moment somebody's crosshair touches your body. Meanwhile, Demoknight over here gets to resist literally every damage type besides bullets and has the option to increase his speed and health even more, on top of a randomly critting axe that does over 200 damage and only makes you a bit slower.

Next time you find yourself wanting to go on a tear with raw meat and gloves of box, I recommend getting paired with a Quick Fix Ubercharge, because the knockback immunity from it is invaluable with this strat.
