You bring back a lot of memories, working in my parents park store as a teenager on balsam lake.A lot of long working hours but alot of swimming, fishing, all the summer fun.I am now 64 years old and will always cherish those memories on the big balsam.
Nice day, and video. This is my third season on my Sea Doo. I've had 70 rides, 69 solo, one with just one other rider. A man once said, "when you walk with someone you have to wait, when you walk alone you can leave now." Groups always look a bit confusing, and a little dangerous. I don't think I would do well in a group. Thanks for sharing. You do a great job showing us your beautiful part of the world. Much appreciated. Namaste.
Big groups are okay on big water but put ten machine moving at 70 Kmh into narrowing channels and there is the potential for problems. Most of these guys are experienced riders but you still never know when someone can make a wrong move. I often find it alot more difficult to make thesevideos in a group.
Anither great video, Bob! Love the way you document these trips👍 Great balance between talking, riding and showing the scenery! Keep up the good work!💪
Great video Bob , definitely too big of a group for me, I prefer your solo trips footage Last year I did that run and we stopped at the Waubic for lunch, I believe its between the 2 locks with the red umbrellas. I didnt see it in your video but what an amazing place to stop
Sparrow Lake is great, I've been going there since I was a baby. First, with my parents to Torpitt Lodge (Tory's Landing now), and in University, where I met my wife, her family has a cottage on the top part of the Lake, so I'm still there. Yes, the water is warmer than Lake Huron, the pollen was a lot less this year than the last few years, and the Marine Railway was put in to keep the Eels out. Anyway, up the week of the August holiday, if you are cruising up the Severn, you're welcome to stop in and have a coffee.
7.40 - one of the main reasons why I don't ride in groups, it's not for everyone. Small groups 2-6 is good, anything more, then you spend way to much time watching everyone else for safety reasons.
Yea I agree. Not to mention waiting times to get everyone fueled on the water. Group sizes are usually smaller. Were it gets dangerous is with newer riders.

I lived at the swift lock for years. Was neat to see it from the river side again. Lots of memories. Cheers.
@@dmac3389 glad it brought back a few memories for you.

Thanks so much for clicking in and watching.
👍
All the best Bob
Love the drone video
I did this exact same ride this past summer of 23 with my 2019 GTR-X. I will plan on doing it again summer 24
Always enjoy that ride
I really like the new intro, Bob! Keep up the great videos
Hey thanks for the feedback. Thought it might be a bit long.
@@bobsudeyko4088 no problem! Not at all, more engaging compared than your old one!

I know the place. It was not open. One of the guys pulled in and talked with someone there. Didn’t get the full story. That was a big group.
The Severn River is one of the best day rides in Southern Ontario.
Yess. It’s hot a little bit if everything.
Would be really cool to see you make a video of the Benjamin Islands and Croker Island on the North channel from Spanish, Ontario.
It’s on the list I was there once but it was several years back now. It’s a bit of a haul.

Thankyou. I too like the lake and the ride through to Port Severn. Nice part of Ontario.
Never ending waterways and lakes over your way.. nice! Still using the air 2s?
Air 2S along with Air2 and the Skydio plus.

👍👍👍
How’s the catch can doing has it been catching anything ?
Catching nothing. Totally unnecessary for the way I ride. I really think it’s made for full throttle riding. It was an experiment. Now I know.
Hey Bob, what’s the name of the restaurant.
I can’t remember the name. Can’t miss it though. Right on the water in Port Severn and close to the lock.
