Ted, here in Orillia. Happy to join you on a GBay half-day adventure, maybe out of Honey Harbour or Twelve Mile Bay. Always keen to get up to Go Home Bay, Mini Cog, Inner Channel, Woods Bay, San Souci, Parry, my old Hurontario Camp and Go Home cottage decades....
@@bobsudeyko4088 I wonder if honey harbour is cheaper. btw be careful buying Chinese made drones they are about to be banned in the USA and probably Canada too.
Thanks for always showing where you launch out of. $40 just to launch is nuts! It's almost like they are deterring out of towners from wanting to come to the city. I will never pay more than $25 to launch. City of Barrie wants $50 just to park for out of towners!
Bob, for future knowledge if you launch in Midland beside BAYPORT marina, there is a NO CHARGE launch(pettersen park boat launch). parking is $12 for the day
That’s crazy $40 to use the ramp .. I just renewed my lake mead pass the other day that cover all of the lake and south of the Hoover dam on the river, it cost $45 for the year ..
I have read, Orillia for non residents, still has free boat launch but parking is $10/hour to a max of $50 a day max. I haven't been there this to confirm. Not complaining but prices are changing.
So for a day on the water it still be 50.00 or more. It's getting ridiculous. All that on top of 100.oo in Seadoo fuel and another 40.00 for the vehicle. Not to mention lunch.
Hey thanks for the ramp info and prices, i like to hear about the ramps u use with location and price info Also, yes god dammit ! Longer rope, u must have cut the segment when your shorts got wet $20 for launch only its the parkingfee
i know that is really ridicules price and i remember someplace in Ontario it was $15 to launch and some place you dont even have access to the waters caues its private property yes its unbelievable here
I'd say, I asked today what it was to launch at St. Amant's Waterfront Inn & Marina in Britt.. still $7 and if you wanna stay, they got cheap motel rooms and good restaurant over looking the water, live here year round so know some spots... few free launchs and parking in parry sound area too... salt docks is one
That's crazy, I launch my seadoo in Lake Joseph for free at "Lake Joseph Centennial Beach" never busy, some ppl launch fishing boats there too and can ride to Lake Rosseau through Port Sandfield canal
Absolutely pathetic it’s getting to the point everyone is going to sell there toys and just stay home. I’ve already noticed at multiple areas people just staying at the docks in their boats to not spend hundreds of dollars in gas
With that launch fee I guess todays video could be “You conned Bob” 😂😂
😃

I was about to go to that boat launch next week. Not anymore.
You would think that the town would want to try and entice people to come there and maybe spend some money in town. Guess not.

Most municipalities charge parking as well so very similar
$20 is launch only with parking $40
That’s insane $$ for parking/launching.

Yeah, Bob, that’s ridiculous. Might have to start trying to go out of your way to find a freebie.
All that on top of 100.oo in Seadoo fuel and another 40.00 for the vehicle. Not to mention lunch.
that's expensive even converting it to usd. most of our ramps in south carolina are free across the entire state. yikes up there!

@@JamesPrevost-o7c Thanks James. I have never come out of Mifland but will keep it in mind.
The best boating water!!!

It’s really gotten out of hand. It’s not like they improve anything year to year.
All the best Bob.
Waiting to see saturdays video as I jumped off the cliff haha
Just finished editing it. You are the star. Sat at 0730 it will be out. Thanks for the content. That was pretty high.

at 19:05 was that a private dock in Indian Harbour you landed at and flew the drone? Wow, that is ballsy! Great footage though!
I will often do just that. I don’t go any further than the dock. Not sure but I don’t believe anyone owns the waterfront.
Great video!

Great video, outrageous launch fees , I wont be launching anywhere for those crazy prices

Why don't you use the provincial park boat launch? I'm preparing to buy a new sea doo, but the cost of launch is ridiculously expensive..
Many provincial parks also charge if you are not already paying to stay at their camp spots.
@@bobsudeyko4088 Even with day pass ?
Years ago I purchased a provincial park annual day pass. That allowed me to launch and park for the day. Just a thought.
if you have a boat worth between 7 and 40 thousand you can aford launch fees
Come launch up in Britt on the Magnetawan River 7$ lol... Hit me up if you wanna ride
That sounds more like it. I have done the Key river but not Byng inlet.

People will need to take out a loan to launch all summer
hey bob you were not cold this weekend on the water it was raining and really cold weather all weekend
I was out last Monday. I don’t go out on the weekends very often.
@@bobsudeyko4088 ahh ok yes i dont blame you and the weekends are allways very crowed up there

If you’re buying a 30ft boat be prepared to pay the fees. SeaDoos are still affordable for people who earn a decent wage. You have to pay to play.
