Good one, most cornering videos like this one don't tell u the actual dynamics behind it Due to the round profile tyres the central circumference is greater than the outer circumference forming a top (put sidewise) like object, so essentially what happens when u corner is exactly the same action when u put a top side wise and push it apply force on it, it moves in circular motion and point is you don't have to direct the top to circle it, just push it and it moves in a circle. Similarly with right body position the bike just corners and u don't have to turn the handlebar towards the direction of the corner. A bit of counter steering is required which is done inherently when ur body positions right. Why counter steer, it's to get out of the circular motion and once u r into the corner ( u only need a 90 degree angle turn) and u wanna get out of the circular motion once u cover the turn/corner which was created by ur lean.

I wish you just took a ride on the bike to show it because it can be misleading for some users of they do it without reaching an avg speeds and don't oversee the change. And I would like to add an other point which I learned from TH-cam itself and wish you mentioned. This technique is life saving sometimes. When we go in high speed and in an event is emergency we try to steer in the direction we want to taking the bike in opposite direction and causing a bigger crash. It happens in split second and this technique when practised CONSCIOUSLY rather than not knowing that we do everyday SUBCONSCIOUSLY( as mentioned in other comments) can seriously help.

So what steps should we take in order to lower the price of petrol.
Counter steering isn't only for racing. It's a phenomenon everyone use without even understanding and noticing. So make it simple. Nice attempt though.

If you turn your handle bar right to turn right @ 50kmph you will end up turning left and that is science. Without knowingly everybody uses counter starting. You can try if you want but you should be between 40-50 kmph
