When I cut my radiators up I hit them down with a sledge hammer it makes much less crap when melting it

It depends on what radiator and how clean it is. This radiator was for a truck so I got more.

You should melt it all down and then make it into a bike frame

Right now I still have it. Sometimes there is still enough aluminum to melt it out again but I don't think that set does.
