  • Check out Anthony's continuing story at: • NEW RELEASE! 60 Years ...
In this NEW RELEASE we look back at the story of teenager Anthony who was sentenced to 60 years in prison at age 15. This video looks back at Anthony's first few years in prison, as he was preparing to turn 18 and move from a prison cellblock of 54 boys to the adult prison population of 3,000 adult inmates. We then see Anthony 13 years later as a 30 year old man, discussing how his life had changed after more than half of it being spent inside prison walls.

Whats his last name? I was wanting to read more into his case. My opinion wont change, just wanted to know know more. He has my support 100% we only get 1 life, most 14 yr old kids deserve another chance. Not everyone is raised in the right environment. @mybackyardfarm..4383 - Thank you for watching his story. After 25 years doing this work, we're often amazed by those who can continue to stay positive in situations like this. We've seen it time and time again. Yet, there are others who give up once they are behind bars and fall into the same bad patterns they did on the outside that got them in trouble in the first place. We don't have the answers, but those who can remain positive and find a way to better themselves behind bars always seem to do much better once they're released. This was heartbreaking. My dads murderer just came up for parole. The hearing was brutal. I hated his murderer for 20 years. For 20 years, I had this dark cloud following me until his parole hearing. His parole hearing I heard about his upbringing, his outlook in life. He killed my dad, a complete stranger, just because he was mad about life. I never thought I could forgive him... but I did. He did not get parole this time, but when he comes back up for it in 5 years, he will more than likely be paroled, and I will be ok with it. I hope this young man also gets a second chance. The person who killed my dad was also young. He is also doing things behind bars to better himself.

@leticiao3672 - wow, what an incredibly powerful post. Thank you so much for sharing such a painful story, yet one that can help others see a side we rarely get to see. Your words articulate what so many people struggle with when it comes to cases like this. There are always both sides, and both sides experience incredible pain, each for their own reasons. We have worked with a few victims' family members over the years and what we gained from those conversations will never leave us. Like you, several of the people we worked with said they were filled with hate for so many years that it nearly killed them. Like you, they somehow found a way to forgive. They told us that was when they finally learned to live again. We know that isn't possible for everyone, and we understand that, too. Again, thank you so very much for sharing your story. He murdered someone, but he deserves a 2nd chance? In accordance with God's Word, the penalty for murder is death,. I understand that most don't know His Word or agree with it, but that doesn't make the Word wrong. Considering that he didn't get a death sentence, he already received grace. With that said, I know there are others who were older, who did the same and were let out sooner, but that's an injustice. Letting him out would be another injustice. If God has changed his heart, and it appears such may have happened, then he is already getting a second chance. If his heart was changed and if he knows and confesses that Christ died for his sins, he'll not only get to experience that second chance at life, he will be enjoying far more than most people who never spend a single day in a jail cell on this side of life. What I'm saying isn't going to be popular amongst most people of the world, but it's true. This young man isn't dumb, despite the so-called IQ. Instead of showing any accountability, he deceitfully leads the listener into hearing what he wants them to hear, so that they'll gather that he was just some innocent kid who was taken advantage of and victimized. Some of that may be true, but he made a lot of wrongful choices on his own. In this day and age, where those who defend God's Word are ridiculed, and criminals are defended and rewarded, I would not be surprised at all if someone would tell me that he's going to be let out soon or is already out. I still need to finish the rest of this video and look up more details, as this is first time I've heard this story and I'm only at the 27 min mark of this video. Nonetheless, I'm still going to stick by saying that I'll lean on God's Word to guide me in the way I look at things.

lets analyse the lies which are world wide believed and origin from masons:
lie: schools are of use (fact. schools keep slavery alive and stands for dumbing down the population of mankind)
lie: moon and mars landings, (fact: even masons know they cannot leave - earth is closed system, unless you want to drown, there is no other place created for us to live in.)
lie: news channels share truth (fact: these are for politic propaganda)
lie: voting matters (fact: politic propaganda)
lie: money has a value of its own (fact: it is just a tool of this world, which value has been agreed upon world wide, it should be not loved, only used as needed.)
lie: NASA lies (globe and all....) (fact: NASA stands for TO DECEIVE and 2 members expose their own lies, one is still alive, the other (Wernher Von Braun) place a clear clue on his own gravestone) - you havn´t searched - have you?
lie: the lgbtq++++ propaganda (fact: it is a part of masonry depopulation agenda, 500 000 000 souls, thats their goal - Georgia Guidestones!)
lie: Evolution and the dinosaurs. (fact: mankind is not hybrid kind)
to keep stating that there was an evolution, then we ain´t humans, we aint then mankind, we are then hybrids. Are you a hybrid?
Lie: holidays (xmas, Halloween, new year eve and so on) (fact: PAGAN HOLIDAYS, to praise BAAL, the god of this world)
lie: U.F.Os (fact: they are demons/evil spirits in high places, against whom we fight daily = spiritual warfare)
lie: rules and laws rule the world (fact: signs and symbols of masonry do)
lie: believe in being educated (fact: found daily living with the lack of knowledge)
lie: religions are ways to heaven (fact: JESUS CHRIST is only way to heaven. Religions, no matter its name = masonic garbage)
lie: our dead loved ones stay around to “ghost” (fact: hunting and ghosting is job of demons, not of humans. We, humans, come from GOD and return back to HIM and all the stories of having been seen a ghost - terrifying, scary, dark, cold - again no job of analysing been done here by you- right?)
Lie: Humans have no immune system and we need vaccines as these save lives (fact: humans HAVE IMMUNE SYSTEM and vaccines are created for one or two purpose: to kill or to cripple. If you took all their poison shots then later in life comes all kinds of medical diagnoses = vaccines crippled you - remember that)
lie: there is no GOD (fact: There is GOD, who redeems sinners and created us directly from the dust of the earth: Psalms 139:14 (KJV)
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.)
to keep claiming that there is no GOD and we aint created directly from the dust of the earth, we soon run out logic, regardless to we place “evolution” in our claims or not and our dead, whats happening to them as they sleep in their graves? - they decay away, becoming the dust form which they were taken, if it ain`t so then we are simply reality deniers.
lie: 911 was terror attack (fact: 911 was an inside job, meaning the work of your loved government)
lie: Tv watching is of use (fact: television (TV) = tell a lie vision, a weapon for our minds, keeping it under MK ULTRA)
half lie/half truth: earth is a stage where everyone plays rolls (fact: earth is stage, a freemasonry checkerboard, where both side, black and white are masons and humans both in politics and regular souls = the naive public gets daily played)
lie: children are government to raise (fact: children are parents to raise, it takes 2 to make them, it takes 2 to raise them).
Lie: we live already in the matrix (fact: we live since birth in BABYLON which is to become “matrix” as Man - us, must merge with machine aka take the mark of the beast and then matrix aka false reality becomes to be 100%)
lie: humans are not intelligent enough (fact: it is forgotten fact, we all are intelligent, many have suffered the illness from this world, being indoctrinated by masons, cause who give us the school system which we have? masons did, because they need slaves.
Lie: love is low standard and = lust (fact love is high standard as love means>
      John 15:13
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
Lie> do what thy wilt there is no body who has the right to judge you (fact> GOD SHALL JUDGE YOU AFTER YOU HAVE DEPARTED ON EARTH and Christians are also called to give out righteous judgment, therefore repent * born again * go and sin no more)
lie: slavery is over (fact: slavery was never over, it just changes a little as we are no longer buy`d or sold, still prepared through school systems for our future slavery, succumb to our slave lives based on our free will)
24 lies, should i go on?
This world ain´t deceived, out there to deceive?

Martin Anthony Villalon Jr., known to his friends and family as Anthony, is 19 years old. He resides in the Wabash Correctional Facility in Indiana - a prison well known for housing some incredibly violent and aggressive offenders. He was 15 when he was arrested in connection with the shooting of another teenager named John Shoulders. Though the DNA recovered from the crime scene did not match Anthony or the other person accused of the offense, he was subsequently convicted of murder and sentenced to 60 years. The prosecution’s case was based on eyewitness testimony.
The other individual charged with committing the crime, Prevaun McDaniel, was acquitted in adult court. The case against both boys was equally as weak, but McDaniel’s defense attorney fought hard in the court room for his client. He meticulously debunked the prosecution’s cases, piece by piece. He discredited alleged witnesses who were admitted gang members and likely had nefarious motives for lying to police about the shooting. McDaniel’s attorney systematically answered every question the jury could possibly have about his client and as a result of this painstaking approach, McDaniel is free.
Anthony was not nearly as fortunate. His attorney showed up to the trial, but he did not put on a defense that came close to rivaling that of McDaniel’s. In fact, a number of people waited in the halls of the courthouse to testify on Anthony’s behalf - including his grandmother, Cheryle. None of the people who could verify Anthony’s alibi, or speak to his character, were called to testify. Additionally, because these people anticipated they would testify, they were not allowed into the court room to observe the testimony of others.
Cheryle was present at the trial of Prevaun McDaniel, however. She credits the avoidance of a wrongful conviction in McDaniel’s case to his attorney. “His lawyer fought like it was his kid on trial,” she explained to me. “He pounced on every lie, every conflicting testimony, every witness…every flaw was discussed. Every time the prosecutor came up with something the lawyer jumped on it and tore it apart.” She went on to explain that even though his attorney was working for free, “he fought like he was being paid very well.”
The eyewitness testimony did not include anyone who observed the actual shooting. Instead, it consisted of a colorful array of characters. First there was Sergio “Outlaw” Rosa. Rosa admitted in court he was a gang member - belonging to the Latin Kings. He alleged that the day after Shoulders was shot, Anthony and Prevaun told him they committed the murder. He said they did it because Shoulders was the member of the Vice Lord street gang.
Another eyewitness was less certain about Anthony’s involvement in the murder. (….)

This young man’s story reminds me so much of mines. As a Los Angeles gang member stuck in the street wars started way before me and will probably be around way after I’m gone sucked me into the madness which would eventually lead to a Life Sentence here in California prisons. At 16 years old I was involved with a shooting that would get me a sentence of 45 years to Life. During the first few years of my sentence my criminal ways increased in custody with more violent behaviors with nothing being able to stop me. It took the Lord Jesus Christ to break me to my knee’s and after that encounter my life was never the same. Miracles after miracles started to take place and one of them was me being released when no Lifer was released. I came home in 2003 and have not looked back. I believe I was set free to be a light to the lost. My goal has been to help the troubled youth and the family to break away from the curse over my city of Los Angeles when it comes to gangs. I might not have helped thousands but I’m helping hundreds and that makes me feel good about my release. I pray that Anthony also gets a chance as I have had. We can’t change what we did but we can definitely make a difference in helping others to not make the same mistakes. You can find my story on Amazon by looking up my name Jojo Godinez. You can even search it on TH-cam. God bless.

Heavy-handed retribution doesn’t give victims too much clarity. If you lost a loved one, you’d be in too explosive a psychological state to make a rational decision about the sentence of your murderer for the greater good of society and for your long-term happiness.
While everyone has free will or maybe an alternative practical variant of it depending on your philosophical position and should indeed take responsibility for their own actions, that responsibility does not extend to literally bending to the dark, unstable emotions of cruel, vile resentment.
On that note, it’s important to consider the role social systems, conditions, and history itself plays in the formative development of criminals and their parents.
Prison conditions can contribute to recidivism, discriminate against minorities, especially those in poverty, and ruin the lives of people who don’t decide to offend - as medical and healthcare access decreases

The only "intent" you could say there was to that, is the: "He could or should have known that this or that ould happen", which is nowhere even CLOSE to PLANNING to kill someone. @@qskii2365his victim has a life sentence. 60 years is nothing he still gets to live, eat, smile, laugh, see family, and (most importantly to him) do interviews changing the narrative of the horrific act he committed. u can’t be groomed into murder. Every human being (even children)inherently knows killing is wrong.
