जाति पर गर्व केवल वो नकारा व्यर्थ लोग करते हैं जिन्होंने अपने दम पर ऐसी कोई उपलब्धि नहीं प्राप्त की है जिस पर वे गर्व कर सकें।
सभी के साथ समानता का व्यवहार हो 💪💪🫶👍👌

🔷💠 और हां सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह कि जाति व्यवस्था को अपने नाम से सरनेम या जातिनाम हटाकर नहीं हटाया जा सकता ,
क्योंकि .......... ....
यदि आपके सरनेम या जाति पता लग जाने मात्र से कोई आपके प्रति अपना दृष्टिकोण बदल ले तो इसमें गलती सरनेम या जाति की नहीं बल्कि उस व्यक्ति विशेष के गिरे हुए विचारों की है।
सभी लोग जाति संबंधित अपने गंदे विचारों का अंत करें, सरनेम का नहीं। यदि जाति संबंधित गर्व , अभिमान , घृणा या पूर्वाग्रह अपने मस्तिष्क से बाहर निकाल फेंके तो सरनेम पता लग जाने पर भी कोई समस्या नहीं है और यदि जाति संबंधित अभिमान , श्रेष्ठतावाद , घृणा या पूर्वाग्रह नामक गंदगी पाले हुए हैं तो चाहे सरनेम छिपा भी लें , उसका जाति उन्मूलन के संबंध में कोई लाभ नहीं होने वाला ।
जातिवाद को मिटाना है तो सभी लोग अपनी जाति के प्रति अभिमान व श्रेष्ठतावाद के साथ - साथ अन्य किसी भी जाति के प्रति हीनता या घृणा या पूर्वाग्रह आदि जाति से संबंधित दोनों आयामों का पूर्णतः त्याग करें।
खैर ,सामान्य रूप से अपने नाम के आगे सरनेम या गोत्र लगाना बिलकुल भी गलत नहीं है लेकिन अपने वाहन या किसी भी अन्य वस्तु पर अपनी जाति लिखना पूर्णतः अनावश्यक और गलत है और जातिवाद को भी बढाता है लेकिन गोत्र लिखना गलत नहीं है।

.... I am a high cast kshatriya in Indian Hindu community... I also used to follow such norms even I know its wrong within... But one day I met a girl to whom I fall in love with and after proposing her for marrage... I got to know she is from sc lower cast...... And at that point I realised it that this norms are fake and finally get married to her and the best thing was that my family supported it.

All Gurus married within their own Kshatriya caste. They taught one thing but practiced another. This exactly is why Sikhism makes no sense today. They were against janeu but 5 kakkars is practiced the same way the same with" rehit" that forbids Amritdharies to eat from the same vessel as non-Amritdharies. I’m born in a low caste according to the caste system. I don’t like revealing the caste I am born in. In fact telling my surname is the worst thing. Whenever some one finds my caste the very next question they ask is “Do you eat beef?” Why do you people eat cows ? Buffaloes? Ox ?”

I learned about caste system when I studied sociology in college. My professor let us watched a video where an Indian woman cleaning the people's shit in the streets because the neighborhood has no toilets available they shit in the alley, river, ocean, shorelines and these untouchables were the ones cleaning it. Dalits are the descendent of the indigenous South Asians, who were forced into caste apartheid by aryan invaders. Current Muslim and Christian are descendants of converted Dalits who have escaped caste apartheid.
I am of the Sikh religion. A religion where the student learns everyone is equal. It is interesting because if I were a Hindu, I would be of the Jats caste. Interestingly enough, the Jat caste used to be a high caste before the 20th century. As a matter of fact, before the 18th century, the Jats cast used to be one of the Kshatriyas. The main reason why it became a caste of the Shudras, the Jats were mostly converting to Sikhi. The Guru Jis with Guru Nanak Dev Ji was one Buddhist hiding from the Hindus in the mountains. The main reason his family and other Buddhists lived in the mountains was that after the sudden death of the then leader Brihadratha. After his death, a person of the Brahmin caste came into power and wanted to kill off as many Buddhists as he could. I cry when I see Sikh farmers in Punjab call themselves Jats because the main thing Guru Nanak wanted to portray was a plan to annihilate castism. That was why he did not choose either one of both his sons to be the next faces of Sikhi. He chose Guru Angad Dev instead, who was not related to Guru Nanak Dev in any way except for the desire to bring the world into a better place for everyone like Guru Nanak.

I believe removing reservation is needed first and divide india is needed later.

Yes, she did get her education from India. She did not mention in the video anywhere that she was not really poor and her parents were employed in government services. The caste system is a blot on our culture and it truly needs to end, for the upliftment of the scheduled caste and tribes we have a reservation system. In all the government services there is about 50% reservation for there schedule caste and scheduled tribe(SC, ST). Reservation was meant to bring these people in power so as to benefit their society as a whole. But it has failed terribly. Those who really need the reservation, i.e., those who are in villages where such practices are still going on have no idea about it and the seats which are reserved are being used by a select few individuals and their family. As I said about her, that her parents were employed in government services, she used the reservation and got into government colleges. This is what reservation has become now. Today you will find many SC/ST whose 3rd or even 4th generation is taking the benefit of reservation but the poor remain poor and the discriminated remains discriminated. Reservation was meant for the upliftment of the backward, but now it is being misused by those who are very well off and are a very respectable position in the society.
She is a Christian and from Sout India where missionaries are very active in converting people. The problem with Hinduism is that it is not based on a single book, rather a whole library. Better yet Hinduism is not religion. These people who were termed as untouchables by the corrupt so-called upper caste are now being misguided into Christianity by luring them with mainly financial aids and deluding them about Hinduism.

The Mangs and Mahars are Dalit communities in Maharashtra - now listed as Scheduled Castes. Mukta Salve describes the reality of caste-based violence and discrimination in precolonial and colonial Bombay Presidency:
“These people [Brahmins] drove us, the poor mangs, and mahars, away from our own lands, which they occupied to build large buildings. And that was not all. They would make the mangs and mahars drink oil mixed with red lead and buried our people in the foundations of their buildings, thus wiping out generation after generation of our poor people. The brahmans have degraded us so low; they consider people like us even lower than cows and buffaloes.”
She speaks of the atrocities against Dalits under the rule of the Peshwas: ‘Under Bajirao’s rule, if any mang or mahar happened to pass in front of a gymnasium, they would cut off his head and play ‘bat and ball’ with their swords as bats and his head as a ball, on the grounds.’ When Dalit women gave birth, she says, they did not have roofs over their heads - ‘how they suffer in the rain and the cold!’
The ‘benevolent British government’, Salve says, mitigated the pain of the Mangs and Mahars - under their influence, harassment and torture stopped, human sacrifice ended, the practice of untouchability was curtailed in some places, and some Brahmins even started schools for Mangs and Mahars. Salve ends with a plea to the Mangs and Mahars to seek education: ‘Get educated and become good human beings. But I cannot even prove this.
