‪@CivilRepair‬ removes woodruff key on and outboard J200TXCNE Johnson 200 hp Outboard shaft that was stuck. We were able to slowly but surely knock out the key with a specific shaped wedge on the the air hammer.

I agree with you, but the key was worn and turning inside the flywheel which kept the timing off and was hard to start. So a fresh woodruff key really worked to keep the flywheel at the right timing.

My wood ruff key is stuck and I’m trying to get it out and the magneto keeps on slipping and going past the magneto bit what can I do?
