Dr Boz, your husband was right, Michelle is the prefect person for this documentary. Thank You for sharing your gift of teaching about this subject in this way.     This is my favorite video yet. I love having the discussion about getting off medications. The medical "industry" should get worried. Here we go. I have been off all medications except my Armour thyroid medication for over a year. I am hoping to get off of that too someday.

    I'm going to begin fasting again and want to be sure my salt intake is sufficient!

    My BP dropped from 145/95 to 105/70 within five days of starting keto and avoided starting meds. For salt i just stick a damp finger into my lovely flake salt and eat it. I have no difficulty getting enough salt

    You bring a sick pet to the vet & they ask what do you feed them. Drs never ask abt your diet unless your throwing up.

    What does Jace eat for lunch at school? I have a 14-year-old granddaughter that lives with me and I can’t imagine her going low in carbs. I am 3 1/2 months on keto. I’m doing great but my house is not cleaned out because I have my daughter and granddaughter living with me but I have my own problems but my granddaughter has a lot of anxiety. She’s on medication for that from psychiatrist, depression and medication and ADHD pretty badly on medication for that and I can’t help but think how much better it could be if she was to go so much lower in her carbs, I just don’t know if she would do it anyways I was just wondering if you pack a lunch for him or what and does he have to stay 20 total carbs or is he a little higher?

    Most products you've approved will contain the wrong oils.
    Mayonnaise for example would've most likely have vegetable oil as the base.

    Loved the video. Great information. So if you need carbs for your brain for glucose, is that minimum of 20 grams is what is needed for your brain? I heard ppl on keto before, and say they have headaches, brain fog, etc. They had many issues. Does your program give you that info? tks.

    I just add salt to my water throughout the day. Himalayan pink sea salt and no salt. Is that ok?

      I would say either REAL pink salt or sea salt are the best.

      I like salt, apple cider vinegar, and lemon in water, plus cayenne pepper occassionally. Some like sweetener. I get about 1tsp salt a day not including what I use in food.

    I didn't know sugar free, gum, and water enhancers are bad. Why? Where will I find this info?

      The best data to look at is YOU. Check your #drbozratio first thing in the morning ... then start chewing gum for 15 min. Spit it out. Recheck your #DrBozRatio at 30 min. Repeat with the other stuff. You will see your glucose rise ... and your ketones drop.

      Hunger wins. They eat what’s at the house. Plenty of variety outside the house. Over the years, their favorite foods come from HOME.
