    Thanks Will ! I will give this a go for sure. Several years ago, I might have damaged my eardrum when I was cleaning a small bit of wax in my ear. About the same year I had a bad fall on my deck & banged my forehead terribly which knocked me out for a few seconds. To this day I don't know why I fell so quickly & hard. But, I continue to try to get my balance back every day, never give up folks. Your videos have been an encouragement for me. I am 73 now if you are wondering. Thanks again Will, God Bless you!

    These are such simple, and yet such effective exercises. I used to have really good balance -- I did a lot of Yoga balancing exercises. But then I had an accident which left me blind in my right eye. Even now, a number of years later, I am still quite unsteady in those Yoga balancing exercises. Without balanced eyesight, balancing exercises are tougher. These exercises feel like a perfect way to begin restoring that lost balance. Thank you.

      OH. Thank you for info.
      I have amblopia in one eye. I can see but fail all eye Dr. charts with that eye.
      I never realised that could contribute to my poor balance since childhood.

    Thank you for all your vids!!
    I tripped and fell backwards yesterday. BUT anyone any age would have fallen in the situation.
    BUT I just rolled over, and got up. Have been doing you Strengthen to get up exercises for a few months. THEY WORK.
    Again Thank You.

    My sister, who is 71, falls a lot. She looks great for her age and up until recently she was working part time. But she's had a couple of bad falls.

      Can recommend Will's other vids to help get strong, and ways to get up.
      Helped me even though I'm not good at doing them every day.

    This sounds and looks competitive especially with your eyes closed.

    Would having nystagmus contribute to poor balance? It’s congenial and in high school balance bam was horrible for me. Now there are yoga poses that I have major struggles with.

    • @annettescott5884
      @annettescott5884 22 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +2

      Yes - nystagmus really does affect balance, so I’m guessing that doing this with your eyes closed should help a lot - I have quite severe nystagmus (part of albinism), and shall certainly be trying these exercises - thanks Will!
