Zeth, excellent truck tour. Looks like you have everything you need and know where it is. I enjoy watching your videos and even though I personally would never have to do the things you do it is very interesting watching you work on also sharing your knowledge with new techs and your viewers. John Deere and Sloan Equipment are fortunate in having your skills and dedication. Thanks to them for allowing you to share your content. Be safe and keep it green.
Thank you for taking the time to show everyone your ultimate service truck. This vehicle will get you past most situations that you are confronted with on any of your many service calls, giving you multiple options when not working out of your regular shop.
Damn man you got a lot of tools. Aviation mechanic here and we don't have anywhere close to that. Company supplies all the big stuff. Hope you're killing it with all you got invested.🤜
Thanks again for sharing the tour of the service truck. Customer doesn't really know how much money u have invested in the truck. U ALL DO A PHENOMENAL JOB WHEN U GO OUT ON CALL. KEEP UP WOUNDFUL JOB THAT JOHN DEERE DO.
Zeth, thanks for the tour. After that, I have a serious case to tool envy! I have to admit I'm a tool addict, and can't stop buying, but I'm setting myself restrictions and am holding to them. Only thing I have had to get was the Titereach holder! It has got me out of some really awkward positions especially when I work on electronics in tight cases! I absolutely love it, and all thanks to you! From UK.
Maybe put a cargo net between front and rear sections in case you have a sudden unanticipated stop
Zeth, your truck is a sweet setup. My only recommendation..get some Weathertech floor mats..I got a set for my service truck and love them. They’re easy to clean and protect the OEM liner from salt and moisture wicking into the padding and rusting out the floor pans. Take care man.
This guy could be the Bob Ross of ag mechanics, super chill and calm sounding
Thanks for the tour ZK.
Great truck setup.
By the way: Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
You are set for what ever you need on the roads ZK.
I know you have used the crane lift a lot. Really a nice nice truck.
You have a lot invested in your tools 🧰 ZK. Amazing the tools you have.
Thanks again for the tour.
Fantastic truck.
The Iowa farm boy. Steve
Thanks for the tour. There are so many items to remember. If any of them are out of place, you will know it immediately. That is why Master is in your channels name.
Thanks
Wow!!! How in the world do you keep all that equipment so clean?
Awesome video as always. Definitely a little different world here in Florida since we run in the field year round down here. My service truck is a year and a half old and I’m at 72,000 miles already.
One of the best truck tours on YT. You may need to store your long tools vertical, if you get anymore.
and I thought I had a lot of tools!! 😁 Nice set up!! Like the change in the back seat area!! I did the same thing with one (extended cab) to keep meters and test equipment in! Happy Thanksgiving to you and family!!
Thanks! 👍
Beautiful service truck.
Keep the Deere running using a 🐐.
My opinion , every field mechanic needs a 12 volt fridge. I have the AstroAI works great! Everyone that sees mine in the truck on a hot day laughs out load.
Zeth, you should always carry a tarp with you along with one of those "pop up" car ports, keeps the majority of the weather off you.
The one thing I've learned over the years, you'll always be rearranging things because, you will always find better ways or, feel something is better than current setup.
I do have 12’ portable gazebo’s i can take with me in the summer.
@ZKMasterTech I have a 10x10, best investment ever. Cheers :)
Maybe it will take getting used to but I lose much less tools when I know I can only put them and the parts etc on the bumper slash work bench area in back … I personally prefer this you know where every thing is at for the most part
Have you ever wondered why PIG doesn't make diapers?🤣Nice truck Zeth.
Happy turkey day! Keep the deere's running!
Thanks for the vactrac.
Ahoj. Takhle má vypadat správný servisní vůz. Na opravě někde na vzdálené farmě tě nesmí nic zaskočit. Pecka. ❤❤😊😊😊
Hey man really like the video! I’ve watched this one probably 10 times in the past month. I’m about to get this same truck/bed set up next week.
I have 2 questions, where did you get the special nuts/bolts for the rail system up top? And where is your air tank for compressor mounted? They mounted mine under crane but I’m not sure how much I like that.
Thanks!
I got the spring loaded t-nuts on Amazon and my tank is mounted in the chassis frame.
same Truck different bed as my new one I absolutely love the Ram after 2 different f550s besides the interior being nicer on the new fords I still chose the Ram that truck is just tough I love mine
I think the one thing i do prefer on my truck if the drawer unit over the tires is 3x3 “ drawers and a 5” drawer also the first and last can have full length tool drawers top to bottom
I have all my Milwaukee on the side of the first tool box impacts drills etc
Then bottom
Drawer with air tools I have my grinders and die grinders etc it’s been working good
Where you have Milwaukee and hammers I have all blow molded cases pullers , power probe, short and open sniffers , AC Sniffers AC gauges etc
Awesome Service Attack Vehicle $$$$$$300,000.00+
Move your 10mm-1/4" drive socket to the other side of the truck to balance things out and save on tire wear
do you have the part number for the extra long snap on hammer?
You mentioned that you own all the tools. Who owns the truck and everything that is mounted on it? Wondering what the arrangement is between Sloan and you about how the truck is configured.
Do you guys not take your service trucks home at night ? I work for Deere in Tx and we take ours home, if they ever pull that away and we have to leave them at the shop then I will pull my tools and be a shop tech, or quit and go to another company.
Ya I was wondering the same
We can during the warmer months, during winter we are required to leave our truck at the shop as the shop will be full for winter repairs.
I put a job box in mine does take up space but for straps chains other larger blow molded cases etc bottle jacks works good leave you room
For cylinders compressors etc in the bed … how do you bring large parts into the field with the bed to full?
Do you wish you had gotten a longer service bed?
drove city service truck f550 6.5 miles per gallon 13000 miles never went more than 30 miles one way . hard life 3 shifts we had 4 of them. each one was clean but well used set up coolant oil and compressor crane and everyone loaded tools and parts
Great video. I'm hoping to get a Milwaukee 1/2" stubby impact for Christmas.
Nice setup. But do you pay for all te tools yourself, or do the imployer pay for it? Mecanic from Norway.
I do
Very impresive we do not have service trucks like that in England but if we did they would soon be gone or stripped as we have a serious problem with tool and van theft and most is never solved or found.
Sorry you have to live like that.
Did I miss the Milwaukee charging station compartment?
❤HAPPY THANKSGIVING ZETH.
Just got my capstone in 1234 I run a super duty am mobile also in Canada here am also stage 3 certified in Deere I manly deal in golf equipment here
I'm a person who repairs jhon deerd in Korea, and the model is 6320PR, and it was first stocked due to a delay in starting, so I changed the liner piston, assembled it, and started it, but it didn't start, and I replaced 4 Branda nozzles with a good one, but it didn't work
I'm asking for your advice
had an Eagle compressor on former truck ; animal compressor , but DAGNABBIT was it noisey , mostly in that it never shut off just went into "unload" mode warbling along . but air a planty for sure .
I wash my truck about 1 to 2 times a year. I'd like to do it more..but I work.
Did you cut out the custom foam pcs for the tools yourself or get a shop with a CNC machine do them for you ?
I cut them myself. Really easy to do.
Can you do a workshop tour?
whens the cummins gonna blow up with the bad valve train issues they are having with the lifters. nice setup though
I like how do u have your tools
Next year update: “well I need a new camshaft and lifters, in this video we are pulling the cab”.
Thank you
Invest in some weather tech or imitation floor mats. I know you have rubber floors. But boots will start to cut into the rubber of the floors. With cheap rubber floor mats they take the abuse.
Hi Zack ,can you tell me the product number of the Milwaukee stubby that you use ,I think I made a note of the number before when you mentioned previously but I must have written it down wrong ,I live in Hampshire I uk ,sometimes you have new Milwaukee tools before we have them here ,kind regards Roger

Can you please do more tool content
“Hello Zeth, my name is Josué. I want to express my admiration for the work you do and how you share your expertise in the world of John Deere machinery. It’s truly inspiring to see how you combine technical knowledge and dedication to support farmers and the agricultural sector. I would love to learn more from you and, if possible, collaborate in some way within this amazing field. Is there a way to contact you directly, perhaps via email? I truly appreciate your time and any attention you can provide. Thank you for everything you do to teach and inspire others.
Just out of respect for you and your family (before you think I’m judging I do this too) , but the first responders say do not keep Stuff in your cab like that it could become projectiles in an accident …unless it’s bolted down in a real way
Take so much discipline and it’s just not the cab either.
When I was young I came across a guy who was using a regular estate car (station wagon) for his plumbing business. He had hit a tree. All the pipe fittings in the back made basically the world's biggest shotgun. Didn't even bother with for 😂
Good video though 😍
***CPR
in this size truck , DOT doesnt have same restrictions . now pass , i think licensed for 18000 - 20,000lbs stuff changes and pass 25000lbs , TOTAL change , permits & inspects get much tighter . also AG service , often reduced regs . even so , simple "dog cage" could alleviate most possible troubles , in those few , less than 5% of major accidents that may occur .
Thanks, I never considered that. I've got a 3/4" Williams wrench on the passenger side floor and a 5 lb. mechanics hammer floating loose to brush my teeth with, and a few hundred
pounds of toolboxes in the back of my Cherokee.
I gotta get my pickup back on the road. Thank you again, seriously
I remember when this truck was just a pup
Zeth, I noticed you have the protective boot on your Snap On impact hammer. Did yours come with the boot or was it added afterwards? I ask because mine did not and I bought one to slide over, but what a pain to get on. I tried hot water but no luck, so I dipped it in boiling water for 5 seconds and managed to get it on, but it kinda stretched. If yours was put on afterwards, any advice? Thanks man.
I think I had to put it on but I don’t remember the battle of installing it.
Nice Vid!
Hey, what is that bag in the passenger seat?
Any name/brand?
Can you give us a shop tour
Does Sloan buy all your tools
No I own all my tools.
Hey zk master i could like to work with you
So is it 2023 or 2024? You said '24 in the video but the description is '23
Maybe it’s a 24 built in 23 😂
You can get a complete first aid kit fully loaded for less the $60
I put 42,000 on my 2024
👍😎🚜🚜🚜🇺🇲🙏
Only 2500 lbs overloaded haha
Who buys all these tools?
The mechanic which is why you better go fleet if you want to actually make money in the mechanic field.
I do.
First ha
Just sell your tools and retire
