A suggestion to get around the FX-Track NRPN issue, is to assign the FX parameters to the Performance macros on the A4. Those do have regular CC destinations.

Great idea to use the A4 as an effects unit for the lovely L8. My only concern is the reverb tail is not long enough 😩 but I love the idea - using the step sequencer to manipulate the effects is great.
If you don't know the artist KMRU, you should get to know his music (he's amazing)- his entire catalog is centered around the Lyra-8 and he uses it live, too.
Great setup and beautiful sound. I wonder what would happen if you added the Sonicware Liven Ambient to that setup? More depth? Would be interesting. Great video!
Wow, The Lyra 8 is such a beast! Really need to keep my student ass from buying that thing. But the sound and textures I could be lost for days with that thing.
yoooo in regards to him not able to cc control the fx track paramters from the faderfox. he could assign performance macros on the analog four to control the fx parameters he wants. Performance macros are cc controlled. At least they are on my mk2, so i'm guessing it applies to mk1

Unfortunately me and many more musicians in Ukraine are creating under drone attacks and rockets. Some of them are unable to do it, cause of this. But yeah, let’s keep it PG and only synth related for your comfort guys.
